Then spent 1 .5 hours on the phone trying to get the part. The manufacturer misnamed the part and sent me two #1's and no # 2. The one that was marked as #2 was really a 1. I don't want to spend 4-5 more hours putting this together. I just want the replacement part or Home Depot to comp me to have their team put it together. No luck with either . .

TL;DR: the microwave was FIXED in less than 24 hours from my call to have them out! They were super easy to schedule with, and offered next-day service. Unlike a prior vendor who worked on the same part on the same microwave who required multiple visits, Able was able to perform the initial evaluation, diagnose the issue, and FIX the issue on a single trip, avoiding lengthy delays in a KEY appliance for our family! His response indicated he didn't want to and he repeatedly said the diagnostic check showed the machine was emptying properly. THEN he went on to talk to me about the problems it was having and possible solutions. as it turns out, was a simple solution that he suggested we check and ended up saving me the money, worry, and all the other stresses and crap involved with having someone come out and fix my clothes washer. he didn't have to call me back, he didn't have to point me to his competition, and he didn't have to stay on the phone and give me solutions, BUT HE DID! (there was a leaf blocking the water drainage - and front loader washers won't spin if there's water in the tub)

Plenty of machines in different sizes, off-street parking, a clean and safe location, and the best part... if you do not have cash, or enough of it, you can pay right from your phone. They even have vending machines stocked with laundry supplies in case you need those too. The prices were a little higher than I remembered, but it has also been years since I stepped foot in a laundromat, so maybe inflation is now charging by the spin cycle. One tip: when using the dryers, start with less time than you think you need. You cannot stop the machine once it starts, but you can always add more time after checking your clothes. Clean, convenient, and definitely easier than trying to wrestle a king-size comforter into a home washing machine. I would definitely use them again!
