From my first visit in July through today, the business has demonstrated poor communication, disregard for my property, and a complete failure to resolve issues they directly caused. Installation Negligence Resulting in Property Damage During an installation visit, an Audio Exchange technician left my FOX access panel open, creating a direct entry point for rodents into my utility closet. This led to contamination of the area, including fecal debris, seed hulls, and damage to personal property stored inside. Despite notifying Audio Exchange promptly and clearly, management failed to respond, failed to take responsibility, and failed to send anyone to correct the issue. Their inaction forced me to hire a licensed pest‑control company to clean and sanitize the contaminated area. I paid $250 out of pocket for a problem caused entirely by their negligence. Poor Communication & Lack of Follow‑Through Throughout this process, Audio Exchange repeatedly failed to: Return calls or follow up as promised Address installation issues they acknowledged Schedule completion of the work Retrieve their own loaner equipment Provide any corrective action or apology Their communication has been inconsistent at best and nonexistent at worst. Even after multiple attempts to resolve matters professionally, Audio Exchange left me with unfinished work and additional expenses. Disregard for Customer Property & Safety Leaving an access panel open is not a minor oversight -- it created a health hazard inside my home. Rodent intrusion is a serious issue, and Audio Exchange's refusal to respond after being notified shows a troubling disregard for customer safety and property. Summary I have tried repeatedly to resolve this situation directly with Audio Exchange. Their continued lack of response, failure to complete the installation, and refusal to take responsibility for the contamination caused by their technician has left me with: Unfinished installation work A rodent intrusion caused by their negligence A $250 cleanup bill Contaminated personal property Weeks of ignored communication I am sharing this factual account so that other customers understand the risks of doing business with Audio Exchange.

While prices are fairly standard for this kind of store, they certainly did not have much on the $10 day (Fri/Sat) that merited spending $10 on. Indeed, most of the boxes here are wrapped up so tight with no labels whatsoever that you can't really be sure what you're getting at all. A gentleman informed me that you could take boxes up front to be checked, though how manageable of an approach is that when each bin has a hundred mystery boxes? A better approach would be for them to open them, write on the side what it is, and put it in the bins, though maybe that's just not worth it to them. All things considered, while I might swing by again if I happened to be in the area (especially on one of their cheaper days), it's not worth going out of your way for. If you want a much better volume of options (most of which you can actually see what you're getting), head down the road for Discount Depot.
