People sell their stuff here and stores bring their stuff to them to sell. You can find everything here for the house - housewares, furniture, light fixtures, toilets, computers, electronics, collectibles, accessories, clothes. You name it, they have it. Prices are so so in my opinion. Subjective as well. If you know the prices elsewhere you can decide for yourself. We found a ceiling fan in a box and I googled the price and it was only about $10 cheaper than Lowe's so I didn't buy it. read more

We came to check this place out after a report by Charley Belcher aired on Fox 13 News. The store is located at the Lakeland Square mall. It has it's own entrance. This place advertises itself as a liquidation superstore spanning 110,000 square ft. This would be similar in size to the first floor of a large department store like Macy's. They buy close outs, excess inventory and discontinued merchandise from large retailers. They also buy new and used items from the public. There is an area where you can bring your items to trade for cash. The store is organized into different sections such as clothing, furniture, electronics, tools, household, seasonal, area rugs and children's. There is a section of merchandise in large boxes on pallets. The price is for the whole pallets. This is for people who have their own resale business. Some items are a bargain, while others can be purchased from discount stores for similar prices. They do have hard to find used items in their tools, housewares, and electronics departments. I found the clothing section confusing. They have new & used items mixed in with each other. It took us about 1 1/2 hours to browse thru the outlet. There is plenty of parking. It is definitely worth a drive to check this store out. read more

Updating my review after 6 months of shipping here... I dropped a star off because I feel like the prices are starting to be raised just a little bit. I noticed some items that were from the Dollar Tree, (used and new) for the same price as you could get them new ($1). Example being wrapping paper... and a few toy items. Speaking of toys, I also noticed some really old and worn toys in grab bags this time that were insanely over priced, talking $20 for some faded matchbox looking toy airplanes... I don't know if those are "collectors" but even if they were, I don't see how something in such rough condition could sell for that much- especially in a grab bag. I don't know who is pricing these items, but it seems like they're starting to get a little bit greedy. Same for the beauty items- a lot of the shampoos and deodorants, shave gels etc are all retail priced, and some cost MORE... (?!) Now- on the positive side, I was able to find some amazing deals in the food section of the store, but that was unfortunately about it for this visit... I was happy with my finds, but I was looking to spend a little bit more money today on some bargains! read more

I went to the new one on Waters and FlortAvenue. It was Hugh. It was in a building that used to be a KMart. It was very well organized. The prices overall were good, and it was clean. The people who worked there were frowns very helpful. I bought one of the AC's that roll around you can move them from room to room. So far it is working beautifully I am glad I went there and I will go back there again. I am also donating furniture exercise equipment to them to help their cause. read more

This place is terrible! The vast majority of stuff is used, in terrible condition and super expensive! The furniture is a hot mess, everything is filthy. You are way better off going to goodwill or a consignment shop. This place is so gross I didn't dare touch anything, I am shocked this guy still in business. It reminds me of a pawn shop/flea market/outdoor donation site. read more

My pup decided recently that my Toshiba Satellite laptop A/C Adapter would be his latest chew toy. It was broken into two pieces and clearly beyond repair. I went on a quest to find another, simple, used and compatible if needed. I was met with prices like $30 at Computer Express and Computer Edge for a used one. Office Depot wanted about $50 for a new one. I did not need that for a computer over 20 something years old. At Resale America, at the Lakeland Square Mall, I was helped by Paul one of the Managers there. Paul provided above and beyond personal customer service, something that is rare these days. He went through totes for me in the electronic storeroom and wallah, he found a Toshiba 19 volt A/C Adapter, which I am using at this very moment to type this review. The Resale America price was only $3.99... for those in the back.. $3.99 yes compared to $30 and even $50 that other stores wanted today. I am so very grateful to Paul and the staff at this store for being in our area, we are so lucky to have them as our go to for just about anything and for the best prices available to boot. I was in there a long while ago and watching a family sell a old Victorian style bed from afar and man I can say we'll I don't think the employees can handle customers to well with the poor communication skills of the woman trying figure out how the bed should go together and standing over just barking at the people selling the bed. It's a giant pawn shop at double the price. Really crazy prices on some things. 1970s dime store record player with 8 track player with 1 inch cigarette burn which melted the turntable mat and missing knobs for $250. 1950s rusty shop smith with no attachments other than drill for $450. 1940 tube TV for $500. They actually have a giant projection TV which is roadside trash. Half the air conditioners are off. Construction materials. Like a big Flea market. Stinks from the used furniture. Fun though. I don't see how they can stay in business. Old worn out contractors table saw $100, about what it cost new. Some vintage sansui 60s speakers $800, not high quality stuff just junk worth $20. Just a lot of junk which tells you where this mall has gone. The prices need to be cut to 1/3 and they need to move volume instead of just being a flea market pawn shop sitting on high prices. They will be out of business in a year. I doubt they can pay the rent and payroll. I know people who do this correctly and they buy it cheap and quickly MOVE it out with high volume. Come back 2 months you will see the same stuff like a greedy pawn shop. read more

I've bern going to this store since they opened. Enjoyed leisurely wandering through their goods and thr low prices. Seems like prices are rising steeply and on last trip was told can't paw through pallets. Have to buy thr whole pallet. On previous trips staff encouraged looking through pallets and finding the price if of unpriced items. All staff was rude and unpleasant when I was trying to ask when/why things changed. Probably won't make a difference to them but they have lost me as a customer. read more
