This is the second time I've come here. First time was spot on and 4-5 stars. This time was almost there. Mocha good English muffin breakfast sandwich was good. Croissant with turkey, bacon, cheese and add egg tasted good, but they forgot the bacon and the whole thing was pretty cold still. Maybe 60 degrees. I think they were rushing because there was a long line and it was all delivered super fast. Awesome! But I'd rather wait another minute for full temp and food safety. Will not at all stop me from coming back since previous trip was great all around. Just wanted to make them aware. read more

We were in the area for a doctor's appointment and decided to drive through and try some food. We got the following items: Half order of Biscuits and gravy 4/5: really solid and good flavor but not blowing us away. A little basic but good basic. A bagel with bacon and cream cheese 3/5: it was okay. Too much cream cheese to bacon ratio. The bagel also wasn't toasted which would have made it a little better. The staff wasn't the friendliest but the service was fairly quick once we got to the front of the line. Overall, it was okay and I could see us going back to try their coffee another time. read more

Edit: Fixing my review to be 4 stars cause 9/10 times it's great and each barista is so good. And it doesn't let me create a separate review. Good location, quick service, and good reward system. Usually we get iced caramel macchiatos. The Rescue Me's are good and so are the iced PSL I feel bad for calling her out but there's one girl (blonde) who piles on the syrup. She's the only one that does it. Like girl, u need to chill lol. I visit often so when this happens it's disappointing. I don't really know who to complain to so hopefully the right person sees this. read more

Came across this cute little coffee stand while in the area and didn't realize how close it was to me. My barista asked if I wanted to start a punch card and I said no because I didn't realize how close I was to home LOL so I'm sure I'll return soon to do so! There was a line of about three cars ahead of me but they were taken care of quickly. One barista came out to my car while I was in line to take my order so it was ready to go for me once I got to the window. The barista who cashed me out was super friendly and personable as well. I got my usual, an iced coconut triple shot latte, and it was made to perfection! Espresso didn't taste burnt and the coconut flavor was just right. They also use Dillanos Coffee which is a favorite of mine so that's a bonus. Solid option for a quick pick-me-up if you're in the area! They have tasty sounding food, too. Next time! read more

Service is always great! My favorite is hot rescue me with oat milk, it's not overly sweet but you can taste fresh coffee. Don't forget to grab one of the food items. Ciabatta ham and cheese sandwich is pretty good. Lines do get long at times but I prefer them over good vibes. read more

My boyfriend and I came here because we had a coupon here. Unfortunately, we found out that the old owner honored it but not the current one, which is fine. We were still trying to decide what we wanted, especially they also have monthly specials here which always interests me. While we were browsing the menu, the baristas were very sweet and friendly to our dogs but were a bit curt to us. However, the baristas were professional and ensured that our drinks were exactly as ordered. Our dogs also got pup cups which they devoured immediately. We got a breakfast sandwich, biscuits and gravy and two drinks. We really loved everything and would definitely love to try out other drinks and items on their menu. Definitely worth the visit and always great to support a local expresso spot! read more

The manager of RMC reached out to me on a different platform and after some messaging back and forth, I believe we figured out the inconsistent charging and hopefully from here on out it will be consistent. She was super sweet and friendly and took the time to look into what was going on and I appreciate that immensely! As a matter of fact that level of customer care is what will make me come back. Businesses just don't care these days, but RMC went above and beyond when they didn't have to and that speaks volumes to me. read more

Was in the area because was getting some work done on my car needed a coffee. Don't have a closed lobby and then treat walk up customers like they are less than. Not very friendly barista's. Ordered a hot drink gave it to me cold and then proceeded close the door as soon as I was handed my sandwich. read more

For all the fantastic reviews, this place was pretty spectacularly mediocre. The coffee was just OK - and mocha was way too sweet. The breakfast sandwiches, despite a very cheerful and agreeable barista taking our order, were not made according to our requests. We had asked for a crisp toast on the bagels and crispy bacon. The barista agreed to make them that way, then went on and on with a whole explanation about how she prefers everything crispy, too... But both sandwiches came out with a barely earned bagel that seemed like it might've been microwaved but certainly not toasted, and the bacon was absolutely limp. It had more of a boiled texture than crisped. The flavor profile for the sandwiches - which we ate anyway because we didn't have time to go back or stop anywhere else - was about what you'd expect for limp bacon egg and bagel, but nothing specials A the irritation factor of our order details going in one ear and out the other despite the chatter about the barista's similar preferences made it an overall very disappointing experience. This cute coffee shop is located right in front of the Safeway shopping center (a little to the left if you're facing the center) I stop in here everyone I have training for work, and the ladies here are top notch! The coffee is always hot, and mixed to perfection, the pastries are fresh, delicious, and local... and the biscuits and gravy are pretty darn good. The white chocolate mocha with Carmel is my favorite, and can't wait to come back and visit again. read more

By far the BEST STAFF and OWNER for any business in Puyallup that I know of, regardless the product selling. The baristas are so kind and fun and the owner is amazing! Fair prices! I would go there even if higher just because the staff treat me like they have known me for years. What a horrible little business with a horrible little customer service motto. Apparently if you don't tip them they do not want your business. Was turned away before I could even order that's rather depressing. I was attempting to order lunch but since they don't like any delivery services they refuse to serve anybody who doesn't feel like trying to squeeze their car into their little tiny parking lot while dealing with Main Street traffic trying to fit in their little tiny dining area. I'd like to give this place more stars. I ordered for delivery which is a plus! I ordered a sandwich and a soda. Their sandwiches come with a bag of chips. Delivery was fast. The sandwich itself was good. It would of been better if the paper was taking off the cheese on my sandwich.
