He could've gave me a $20 used tile and taken mine and sold it to make some money But instead he told me that it's not worth it for you because it's a very expensive tire and I will just repair it for you for cheaper. I don't like leaving bad reviews but my last experience was pretty bad. Brought new tires to be placed on my 2019 Camaro ZL1. This is a $70,000 vehicle and while removing the wheel weights he used a screwdriver and scratched through the wheel paint. The paint is multiple stage and I learned cannot be repaired easily. I know it was him because I never had the tires changed before, the car has barely $7000 miles on it and now has a damaged wheel. I asked him to use a torque wrench and instead of spending the extra couple minutes to use it properly, I saw him zip on the lug nuts with an impact and then pretend to use it while the tire was in the air. You cannot torque a lug nut on the front wheel with the tire in the air. This car goes 200mph and pulls over 1g. I would hate to be in a corner and have the stud or lug nut break due to excessive tightening torque, or have uneven brake wear due to uneven tightening. I've taken my brothers G wagon here, my 1996 miata wheels, a 2017 c63 amg and a 2011 cl65 amg. I always bring new tires and just have him mount them. He did a good job in the past but I won't come back. read more

José, José, José! You are the man!!! Yesterday I had a frightening experience happen to me on the 101 Freeway; my tire blew out going 70mph and my friends dog in the car with me (super yikes!). I pulled off on the nearest exit Reseda Blvd. Scared and confused what to do I look up and see a sign for tires!! I called them and asked if they could change my tire right away as I was in dyer need to have this fixed. I was driving on the rim!! Unable to drive my car all the way to the store, José ran a half a mile down the block three times to figure out how to help me make it all the way in. Not only did he have to bring all his tools down to my car to change my tire on the side of busy Reseda Blvd but he made sure I safely made it into the shop and took care of my tire in less than 20 minutes. This way I have good tread all year long. Two sets of 4 tires is almost as cheap as ONE of the mud/snow tires I used to buy for my 4X4 Suburban. Great service from the 2 brothers that work there. Even if I get there right before closing time, like today, they are enthusiastic to throw on 4 tires. There are hundreds of new/used Tire places in the San Fernando Valley. This is the worst tire shop in existence, and I am not joking. They will damage your property, don't believe me look at the other negative reviews. I took my car in and they damaged all four of my wheels. There are scuff marks and dents on the wheel. This place rocks! So I had been driving around with slow leak in my front tire. He told me that I had two nails in it. So for 40 bucks I could get a used tire. Ok do it! Then he looked at it again and said the back tires are better. He suggested to fix the tire with the holes and do a tire rotation for the same price! Awesome! Wasted 2 1/2hours prior waiting at another Tire shop just to see if my flat tire was salvageable and they were charging me almost $100 for a new one in which i initially agreed to but then they said i would have had to wait about 30 more minutes for them to install the tire so i said no thanks and left. Found this place through yelp and im mad that i didn't earlier as i would have saved 2 hours of my life. Called them up, straight to the point, stopped by was greeted by Cesar and prompt him to take a look at my tire. Just my luck he had the right tire size on hand and before i agreed to anything i asked if the tire was salvageable, he said lets check and actually showed me what the problem was and i really appreciate that! Tire was 40 + 20 for labor so i saved some money only downside i guess was that its cash only but no big deal theres a 711 next door to use their ATM. Long story short was in and out in about 15mins since the first initial greeting. Cesar continued to work on my car and pick up the phone and deal with another customer all by himself.
