I recently had a tire leak/puncture, and I didn't notice until pretty late because the tires on my Tesla are "run flat" tires. Tesla roadside assistance was quoting a super long wait time so I called AAA to inflate my "run flat" tire, and I then raced on over to MT Tire Center. MT Tire Center did a great job quickly patching up my flat tire late afternoon on a weekend. No appointment was necessary. I was thinking of eventually replacing the patched tire, but it's been several months since the patch and the tire seems to be holding up fine. Please beware of this establishment. Came in to patch my tire. I used to come here years ago, last visit was prob 5-7 years ago. The business has cleared been sold off. When I came in I was asked how long the tire had been low, I said just that morning which was approximately 2 hours (6am was fine- 8am tire pressure light went on). I asked to patch it while I drove it Costco later that day. The man came back and said I should buy a new one when I declined and said I buy my tires from Costco that I'd go there. He took the tire off then came back and showed me rubber pieces inside the tire. I was shocked, I've never seen that before. He said you see you need new tires you've been driving with flat tire. I was uneasy with his tactics I said no thank you please just patch it up. He mumbled something and took the tire back and long behold he got the "rubber shredded pieces" out of my tire and threw them on a pile he had on the floor. Disgusting scam. Finally my tire was patch for $30 and I was on my way. While I waited I saw a man be helped but was not harassed the same way with this sale tactic. He also paid $30 for a patch but so at least that rip off is consistent. read more

Do not get any service from here. Had a flat tire and pulled up for a patch on my tire. I got the flat a block away from the tire shop. After the guy took the tire out, guy comes back and says I need a new tire . Shows me the tire and inside of the tire is cracked and pieces are coming out. No way a flat tire that had been driven for a block would be like that, tires are not old. We did not buy a tire. Guy putting the spare didn't even know how to get the spare tire from the truck. Turns out they messed up my spare tire compartment too. I am unable to put the spare back where it belongs. Took the old flat tire to another mechanic and they told me that it was damaged by the other tire shop/mechanic when they were trying to take the tire out the rim . I just recently just read another review that was posted for them and she had the same issue, tire was coming apart and wanted to sell her a new tire. This seems to be a scam to try to sell u a new tire. Service is the worst . Guy in-charged had an attitude. Do not go here !!! read more

Avoid this tire shop at all costs. I brought my car in to replace two rear tires and swap my wheels with another set I had at home. Not only did they break my wheel lock inside the rim, but they also damaged all four of my rims trying to remove the wheel lock bolts. I've had this exact car serviced by multiple tire shops before without any issues--this was pure carelessness. Crooks......straight up. I was here two weeks ago due to a tire leak they couldn't fix, so I opted for two used tires. I have been to this and there other locations a lot in the past year as I drive a lot for work. For the past 3 years it's always been $60 for used tires. Again I was here two weeks ago. Now the guys says it $70 and it's always been $70. I told him I could show receipts but then he said he could do $60 this one time. Unfortunately I was in a pinch and had to. Will I ever comeback, hell no. You want to cheat long term customers to make a couple extra bucks. That's how businesses lose customers, and we are in a time where small businesses are closing fast. Hate to see the same happen here. PS. I also checked the tires in the front compared to the ones in the back they replaced. They were different with and slightly different sizes. beware, I came here on 07/7/2022 to buy a used tire, and was sold another tire with two more nails, had to come back 5 days later to get it repaired. The owner's son bossing everyone around basically said it was my bad luck that the exact tire they replaced was my fault and that it was going to be 25 dollars for repair. If this is not the shadiest business I don't know what is. They had this nice homeless-looking man to help me and he took the job for 10 dollars, can you imagine an establishment basically allowing their employees to do a job that they will gain from all the while this young man did the work.
