She just plopped different wigs on my head without doing the proper measurements. I realized this after leaving there & doing some research. My husband was with me & wanted to order a wig for me, which we did, but had second thoughts after we left. We paid her almost $500 down payment. He called first thing the next morning & canceled the order (which was a Friday), but she told him she might not be able to return all of our money. Almost a week later, still no refund. She did have to go to a memorial service for her dad that Saturday after we were there, which I did tell her I was sorry for her loss. Today I went to her salon & she still gave me the run around & was going to keep $100 of my refund. I negotiated a full refund minus $25 consultation fee & $25 restocking fee for the canceled order. She yelled at me & was very angry. So stressful for me & my husband. She wrote me a check & I went straight to her bank & cashed it. After her shady business practices, I didn't trust her at all.

I have never had my nails left at all whatsoever and the only time I've ever had a nail break is when I got into a huge altercation and they perfectly broke right at the Apex, which saved my nails from literally getting ripped out and I couldn't be more grateful for her! Then got connected to Meg for eyelashes, I get the wet set done by her, and I've never had such little to no fallout anywhere! They always look so flattering to my face and she also gave me a kit for them to keep them clean and beautiful. Then I was looking for extensions and applied for the mirror mirror extensions so they can make sure I was a good candidate and that my hair would work well with the extensions. That's when I met Kitty! She was there every step of the way to make sure that my hair was perfectly curated to me! They made sure that the extensions perfectly matched my hair, which is actually insane because my hair has a lot of natural highlights to it and it literally just looks like my natural hair! When I went to get my extensions, they paid for my parking and bought me whatever I wanted for lunch which was so nice. They had three people working on my hair the whole time I was there and made me feel like a princess. I got to sit and eat my food and enjoy my complementary mimosa and just feel on top of the world! They don't stop until it's perfect, kitty will never let you leave her chair until your hair is absolutely beautiful and exactly how you want it to be. I am so surprised that extensions can feel so much like my own hair, look like my hair and just be so comfortable. I don't even know that they are there. I can style it myself, and I got a whole entire little backpack with a bunch of huge sized samples and a whole list on how to take care of my extensions. I also can call and message anytime and they are so happy to help with any questions I have and it just feels like I'm part of a family there. Kitty runs the most amazing salon I have ever been to and since I am an exotic dancer, her, and her team have helped me make so much more money. Brook was only in town for 2more weeks after her bday because shes moving to WA for graduate School and ended leaving Missoula on the 29th. Couldn't get an appt for the mani/Pedi before she left. No refund even though they couldn't get her in before she moved. Said we could of course give the certificate to someone else to use---but that's not really the point. It was $130 and all her friend's there can't afford that. So apparently we are just out the money. Even though NO service was rendered. Seems very unprofessional and a bit unethical!

The application of hair dye was messy and washing out my hair was very tense and harsh. The straightening of my hair was rough - and felt like something was scraping my hair verse smoothing it out. Fortunately, the color is nice but the path to get it was not pleasant. Then to get to the end and pay for it was a bit shocking. I'm fully aware of how much it typically cost because I've been having this done for so long , this time it was WAY over priced. The experience was not worth it!!!

Even when I asked for my money back I got told it was my fault for the way my hair was. I thought professionals worked with unmanageable hair and thought perhaps she could have helped me with something different if she couldn't do what I wanted. Won't be going back there. If you look closely, she also damaged her cuticles! My daughter kept asking for her to shape the nails and cut them to an active length, but she kept refusing saying she could not. When she walked in, she asked for them to be French tip with one accent nail for a wedding she will be attending! After the third hour, she told my daughter she was unable to put French tips on her nails. At the very end, of course wanted a tip on a $65 job! She took total advantage of a teenage girl! Now we need to pay to get them off and re-done! What a mess! I have truly seen nothing like it. Please do not go there!
