My personal experience will be about my stylist, Suzy Kent. I have a lot of hair that is curly/wavy. I sought out a stylist that works with curly hair namely a "Diva Cut" stylist. I did enjoy the haircut! The stylist was too far. Then. I found Suzy, and she is certified for Diva cuts. She cuts all types of hair, offers coloring, highlights and men's services. She is the HOLY GRAIL OF CURLY HAIR! She goes over products and carry's them too. But she is not pushy on sales. Her suite has recently been redone and looks so awesome! I love booking online through Style Seat, payment is super easy! Suzy's schedule fills up - because yes, she is THAT GOOD! She gives goood hair! The salon building is very nice. Each operator has a rental office. It's mostly quiet. From facials, hair and lash extensions, you are sure to find someone who does what you are looking for here! read more

I've worked here for almost two years and I absolutely love it! The vibe is very nice but comfortable. My favorite thing is that it's more than just hair stylist. There is waxing, facials, cool sculpting, laser hair removal! And a beautiful patio! They often have fresh fruit water for guests and they keep it very clean! The only thing that is a bit confusing is the front desk. It is in no way a place to "check in" they do not book our appointments and the employee that works there part time is actually the manager. So walk on in get yourself some free infused water and walk on back to your stylist. (: if you need help finding the room either contact your stylist or the manager or any other stylists there would love to help you! Purchased 6 infrared sauna sessions on Groupon for $99 only to be told that they don't accept the Groupon vouchers.....it's a promo only to get you in the door. I won a raffle to experience the sauna previously & wanted to try it again. Since my Groupon purchase was 4 days old, no refund would be granted. When I called Reserve back to see if there was anything they could do, the receptionist got defensive & stood by her original message. Needless to say, their customer service skills are a bit lacking. UPDATE: After expressing my disappointment, I received a call back & the Regional Manager agreed to honor the Groupon vouchers after all. It's apparent that customer service is important to some members of the organization! read more

I had a disgusting experience with these woman before my senior homecoming. My four friends and I have had an appointment at 12:30 and their "team" was one hour and 15 minutes late. And, when they did arrive, they arrived with only two of the three promised girls. The first thing I did when the got there was ask if they could airbrush my tan lines. The owner, Diana, and her two staff members said that it was easily do able and not to worry about. I also made several jokes and comments about being darker than my friends and having to go down levels of the airbrush makeup in front the salon ladies. Two hours pass and I have still not started my hair OR makeup. Then at 3:45, keep in mind that we were leaving for picture at 4, the owner of the salon throws my hair up in a updo trying to pass me a long to the next woman who will do my make up. The make up was a disaster. A few seconds into the airbrush make up, I realize what they are blowing on skin is WHITE. I am in tears at this point and the women keep telling me, it'll be okay the white on my dark brown skin looks fine. I asked if they had darker colors like we talked about, and they said they only had a bronzer. MEANING, they only carry foundation for white woman. I don't understand how these ladies are professionals, anyone who's done make up EVER knows you cannot put light make up on darker skin because it looks awful and the flash would make you glow in the dark. But they were relentless, they continued to apply it, THROUGH MY TEARS, and saying they could fix it. Their fix? Mixing concealer and EYESHADOW and hoping that would darken my complexion. I ended up going home and doing my make up myself. Their incompetency lead to my entire group being over an hour late to our dance. And, they had the audacity to ask me to pay for my hair. I will not recommend this salon to anyone, please go somewhere else for hair and makeup. read more

Her salon is immaculately clean with lovely decor and has a picturesque waterfront view. She always greets her clients with a friendly smile and offers a refreshing beverage. However, it's Sarah's impressive skills and expertise which keeps me coming back. My hair has never looked or felt as great as it does until I started seeing Sarah for her excellent haircuts and perfectly executed Brazilian Blowouts. I finally have the hair of my dreams! No more frizzy, kinky, cow-licked, tangled, fly-away mess. No more dull, blah color or badly done haircuts. No more attitude from stylists at overpriced, so called "high end" salons.
