We were on top spots within 15 minutes and the youngest on the boat even had a fish on before they even knew it! Brian even took us out more and let me catch up with some big boy fish! Of course, water visibility was poor and casting(for me) was very difficult. Nonetheless, he put me on some fish and even though I couldn't close the deal I had a great morning. Braden took the time to patiently demonstrate the double haul and walk me through my casting of the single haul. Braden knows his waters and the fish. I'll be back again.

After a bit of research, we ended up on Captain Jerry Slayton's boat for a two-hour sail. Captain Jerry (who is USCG licensed and ASA certified) provided a short safety orientation and invited us to roam the craft as we pleased. We had the absolutely best time! The Captain was not only a top-notch sailor, he was also a top-notch guy, personable and fun. His sailboat was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. What a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours. It rained like crazy while we were out, which made for an even more exciting, interesting, and beautiful experience. The six of us highly recommend a sail with Captain Jerry. You will love it!
