I've been taking pilates classes from Sharla for almost 2 years now, she is a wonderful instructor!…read moreI'm so happy she finally has her own studio. The studio itself is so cute and clean! Perfectly located in the university area across from Gammage Auditorium. Sharla gives very exact cueing and very detailed word pictures to help you understand the moves she teaches. She is also great at giving personal attention, (you feel like the class is just for you, even if there are others present!) I have developed such a strong core with her! Pilates has really helped smooth out my muscle as well as celulite. (the mat classes can be very challenging! and the reformer classes I find to be more theraputic than anything) Not only does she teach pilates, but she will be offering TRX classes, as well as booty bar (which btw, not too many people teach this in Az yet....but wait, it will be the next big thing!) She also offers body rolling classes, which is where you roll your muscles out on small balls....the effects are amazing! Those classes have really helped me with some shoulder issues I've had. It's basically like a deep tissue massage that you give to yourself. I'm so happy that even more people will now have the opportunity to taught by one of the best Pilates instructors in this area!

( you can feel the PLASTES in action) I love the fact that you can just drop in any day or time on a class and play a flat fee esp since I live such a busy on the go life. I woke up sore this moring but I know the hard work will pay off, its my new favorite place to go on saturday morings before brunch! This place is a hidden gem (:

DO NOT GO here!!!!! The first day I asked okay after 3 month…read moremay I cancel if I don't like it? They said yes ofc. After 3 months I quickly learn I simply don't like the way they give instructions on the class where the instructor just tell you, & a lot of us don't know the Pilates terms and mind you other classes will actually have instructors mirror you. So I asked to cancel they gave me an online form to fill out and I asked okay so I won't be charged right after this? WRONG the next month comes I'm charge again? I call and asked why am I being charged I filled out your 30 day notice form and the front desk clueless and helpless .. "I'll have my manager call you bc there was no note left on your acct" that's a lie bc I have the email. I never got a call from the manager, called back multiple times and I did a dispute. When someone wants to cancel bc they feel like their not learning or gaining real experience & they already gave you a notice & you continue to be unprofessional and not do the job correctly. Enough is enough. This place well not worth the money.

The front desk girl was super nice and Jennifer our instructor was amazing. She led us through the class at the perfect pace, very knowledgeable, the place felt very welcoming. The enrollment fee is pretty high ($149 I believe) and they only give you 24 hours from your first class to sign up. If I knew that I would have taken the intro class later when I would be able to sign up instantly. Class started on time, place is clean, and good music. The classes seem pricey but could be worth it.

We were welcomed promptly by the front desk staff to check in. My friend received several phone calls leading up to the class to ensure she came prepared with grip socks. I however did not receive a call so was not prepared. I ended up having to buy a pair at the studio (no biggie-- I have a cute pair of socks now). I found it a little odd that socks were even needed as the studio was carpeted. I have not done many barre classes so I'm not sure if this is standard. There were several classes offered that morning, my friend and I took the 9am. There was not any sort of introduction by the instructor or overview of what the class would entail, we just jumped right into the class. It's one thing if it's a regular class, but when you're hosting an open house and looking to attract new members I would have appreciated a little bit more of an overview and a chance to connect with the instructor/studio. The music good and I definitely left feeling like I got a good workout (especially my core!) The owner was very positive and welcoming and even gifted the attendees with little mementos from their travels-- which I appreciated and thought was a nice touch :)
