Unfortunately this was a miss. We went on a Wednesday morning - the shop is cute, but there are lots of boxes and stuff just lying around. It's very strange, like someone just stopped unpacking halfway through. The woman working was not friendly at all- she seemed annoyed we were there. The coffee was not good, nor mixed so there was just burnt espresso with syrup hanging down at the bottom. Two coffees and a burrito took 35 minutes, so definitely factor that in. This is the brown sugar latte, giant sized. It's like they basically gave me a cup of milk, I used to love this place but they haven't been consistent since my initial review. While I did request half n half, it should not be this color with 4/5 espresso shots in it. read more

Just okay! I appreciate the vibe. Apparently this place is geared towards the gaming community? They had some old school arcade games and a couple other things that looked sorta 'gamer,' but I really think they could have pushed the theme further. The building is very nice and well kept! It used to be an old bank building and the office rooms are turned into virtual reality rooms and a small party room for kids. Very clean. The menu is fairly extensive, almost overwhelming for new people. Most drinks can be made hot or cold-- over ice or blended. They have a variety of milk options, but I'm not totally sure what they all are. I got 2% though and my husband got whole. We are in pumpkin spice season, but they keep pumpkin year round. I ordered an iced pumpkin chai. It was very acidic! I didn't really get the pumpkin, but I did get some of the other spices. Honestly, I wasn't blown away. My husband ordered something with blackberry in it and I was totally turned off. I'm not a fruit flavored latte person though! They do have a small assortment of pastries, spiced nuts, and goat fudge. We came later in the day, so I'm not entirely sure of what they had left, but I imagine their selection is bigger the earlier you come. There is also a table of handmade scarves and blankets for sale! They are VERY beautiful and made by someone who works there. I did notice they sell Death Wish Coffee! I'm not sure if they use beans from them, but I thought it was odd to sell coffee that wasn't exactly their product. All in all, they really have a lot going on. This is their first year of business though, so props to them. If I come back, I would definitely try something different. read more

Unique place for coffee. I ordered a Hello America or Americano coffee with sugar free Irish Creme flavor syrup. Prices were fair. I liked that they had private rooms to rent, Bobba tea, and a billiards table to play a free game with an order of coffee. read more

Came across this coffee shop while on the road. Kind of an odd vibe inside and pricey, but staff was very nice and was working hard at getting the drinks just perfect so I appreciated their efforts. It took a bit of time to get our drinks, but again, I appreciate the diligence. Like that they had some Black Rifle products there and that they offered non-dairy options as well as all the dairy options. Very large selection. read more

I've wanted to try this place since it first opened, and today I finally did! The drink I ordered tasted great, it wasn't too sweet or bitter. The treats I ordered looked delish so I couldn't resist and purchased two. I can't wait to try them once I get home. The atmosphere of the place was very cozy and relaxing as well. I can't wait to sit in once the Executive Order for KY is lifted. They do offer curbside pick-up or carry-out through an app called Toast Takeout if you want to order in advance. read more

great place to hang out and theres amazing food. have been going there since December and play dnd and in the rented rooms at least twice a week.i've had all the food item and the quesadilla,low rider,and keep it classy are some of the best things there.i have only had the irish because I'm not much of a coffee guy, but it was amazing and i would have it again.the staff here are amazing and very friendly.care package bakery has some amazing food at a good price.i have done the VR with friends a couple times and its good and Are an amazing deal.over all its an amazing place 10/10 read more

I love the gaming theme and the fun chill vibes, but the boba tea, it was very bland and the tapioca is NOT the tapioca pearls. When we got our cups it was clear? Not a big fan of that. ‍ i got the honeydew and it was decent, the taro, brown sugar, and the matcha were not something I'd recommend. We drank them though since they're like $5 but they weren't as good as i was expecting. Ill be back though to play pool and maybe just stick to coffee. otherwise the staff was friendly read more

Best cup of coffee in town. Legitimate coffee snob here. Best actual coffee. I get oat milk lattes (hello America with oat milk instead of water) i dont know what they're doing but they're doing it well. I love the atmosphere, my kids love going here too, that's always a plus for somewhere like a coffee shop. The owners are so friendly and relatable. Very friendly and welcoming staff who answered all my questions about the place. They have all kinds of drinks from coffee to tea and smoothies, bakery foods, and they work with local Oak Grove businesses to help sell their products as well. For entertainment they have VR rentals with private rooms, gaming PCs, and even two multi-arcade games. I absolutely love respawn coffee and all of their products!!! They make their own coffee in house and if you don't like coffee they have tea, Boba, lemonade, and more it's a gaming themed coffee shop so I can play my tabletop games there while my husband plays VR it's absolutely great friendly family atmosphere!! Don't come close to closing time because if they've already washed the blenders, they will tell you they can't make any blended drinks. Any other coffee business establishment I have been to have never told me this. Came in for a cake pop and it had mold on it as well, I understand the cake pops aren't made in house but there has to be better quality control on items like this especially since you are the main business selling them. read more
