Ordered a Macha with chocolate flavor added. The drink was powdery. I believe that they over did it with Macha powder and they put butterscotch in it. My mom got frozen mocha with whip cream. Hers also was powdery and she got no whip. She let the girl know and was told with attitude that next time she would have to charge. As they fixed it she says oh yeah you did say they you wanted whip. While we had waited in line every person in there including the drive-thru was having issues with orders being wrong. When I told her about my order turning out badly she yelled at me tha it was because I put mocha in it. When I tried to tell her that they put butterscotch in it she yelled that I was rude. This was my first and last experience here. read more

The coffee was good. We felt like a bother by coming in and having a seat to chat. We went because of reviews but didn't get the same happy joy that other customers did. Quick tip: when two people come to the counter you can probably wait until the second person orders before asking "will that be all?". read more

I've stopped by the location off of exit 11 and loved it. This location is close to my house. I stopped in around 5:30 pm and it's really quiet. I came out to get out of the house and be in quiet and solitude. Mission accomplished! They were quick to greet me and I ordered a Chai Tea Latte, extra hot. I love the taste of this tea over Starbucks. I'll stop by during morning hours to see how they are in a rush and to see if they have more food selections. But, I know it's late and towards closing, so I cannot give an opinion on that. I would rather support Lasaters than Starbucks. Stop on by and try them out. read more

Beautiful, clean and cozy coffee shop. I tried the daily special which was from Brazil. It was bold, full flavored and, to quote their cup: extremely delicious. The coffee is freshly ground and they do offer French press, teas, hot chocolate, espresso/blends both hot and over ice, smoothies, breakfast croissants and bagels, lunch wraps, panninis and sandwiches. They offer gluten free all natural oatmeal and a small selection of house made pastries including a tasty-looking sticky bun. They also have bottled spring water, juices and organic (yes, organic!) milk...both chocolate and regular. Drive through service means you can even wear your pjs without anyone but you and the Lasaters employees knowing. Great place to chill and free WiFi with the password printed on your receipt. read more

The customer service is great, the food is always warms when it's supposed to be, and the drinks are always perfect, and I ordered a croissant sandwich and they didn't have it but I payed for it so when I went to sit down the man came up and told me he was sorry they didn't have it and said I can order something else and he also gave me something I wanted but didn't get. After living here for a few months, I finally stopped in today to grab something to drink and eat. I came by with my 2 sons (1 & 7), grabbed the couch and chairs by the entrance and ordered while they played at the table with their toys and available checkers board hiding under the table. I've been skeptical to try any coffee drinks in the lower 48 (Alaskan grown) because growing up in AK, we can be coffee snobs. I've been let down by so many coffee places outside of The Pacific Northwest. This experience wasn't a let down. I ordered a simple blended mocha with little whip, and a bacon/egg/cheese bagel sandwich. The mocha was good, plenty of drizzled chocolate on the sides and top. It wasn't as chocolaty as most mochas I've had, but it was very creamy. I will definitely get this again! The bacon/egg/cheese on plain bagel was a let down, however. The bagel wasn't toasted very much and the cheese wasn't melted. The plain bagel was the most basic plain bagel I've ever had. I had higher expectations because of experiences elsewhere, so maybe that's just my mistake. The bacon was cooked in round "patties", not thick fresh cuts. It wasn't a bad thing, just a simple breakfast bagel that I probably could have made better at home. It may have just been an off day. I shared this with my boys and they were satisfied! It was a good combo for a quick pick me up. Overall, it was good and I'll be back to try the menu more! I'm thankful to have a good coffee place to go to after search for over a year! read more

Run of the mill commercial coffee shop who uses commercial syrups like Torino's which can be purchased online or at your neighborhood Walmart. I can make these drinks at home- all SUPER sweet and full of high fructose corn syrup. I came from a town that had a great local coffee scene/selection where they made their own syrups with all natural ingredients. I have been getting a lot of good use out of my home system since moving here so thats been good on the pocket book. read more

I love the location of this Lasaters. It's very close to my house so I'm able to come here to get homework done away from my barking dogs in peace. Their drinks and desserts are very tasty. I can't seem to say no to their chocolate muffin every time. Also, the interior design of the coffee shop is nice and cozy and well decorated. I love Lasaters! Their coffee is always so good, and their treats are amazing!!! The staff is super friendly and this location specifically is nice. They have games you can play, free wifi, and personal booths that have a plug at the top so you're not bending over to plug it in. Also, has a attachment for USB so you're not using up an entire plug to charge your phone. I would suggest asking for your drinks extra hot, if you want. I like hot coffee, not medium warm coffee. I know they do this because the world has gotten to be ridiculously sue-happy. read more

I've lived in Clarksville for maybe 4 months now and have driven by Lasaters multiple times on my way to and from work. My normal go-to for coffee is Dunkin Donuts, if only for the reason that it's familiar and pretty consistent. But I have to say that after my visit today, I may have a new favorite. Walking in, you immediately get hit with a homey feeling. There are some seats near the electric fireplace (which I'm sure runs during the winter) towards the entrance and the booths along the side wall are cozy and private feeling; great for reading or studying in peace. The two baristas that were there were both very pleasant and asked if I was military for the appropriate discount. I ordered a medium caramel iced macchiato and a muffin for a total of a little over $7. As someone who used to frequent Starbucks a lot back home, this was a great price in comparison for a similar quality. I'll definitely be back again in the future! read more

This place is such a gem in a town that doesn't have good quality coffee shops like they do. It's become my new study spot on the weekends. The way they have the booths set up is really awesome. You can turn off the light above your booth, which is really great when working on the computer. The place has a really home like feel to it. There really needs to be more in town especially closer to base. But the drive from base isn't to bad. One on base would be really awesome. Probably the best coffee shop in this part of the south. When I lived in Clarksville I used to buy coffee from Lasater's on a regular basis. I would always get either a hot or iced vanilla latte. The coffee was never overly amazing, but it was good and the prices were average. Fast forward to eight months later when I'm visiting home and the vanilla latte I got today was the worst cup of coffee I have had in a very long time. It was overly sweet and the coffee was burnt. Three stars because I have faith their quality of coffee can improve. read more

I don't live in Clarksville, but my sister does, and when I was visiting we went here twice. My sister got the sweetened ice green tea, and I got the iced caramel latte. Both drinks were on point, delicious, I will be making it a point to stop here every time I come into town. No complaints about any of their beverages. My wife absolutely loves their Orange Ginger Tea and their Black and White Mocha. I'm a fan of their House Blend Coffee. I wish the employees were a bit more cheerful and alive. It feels like I'm bothering them when I order or receive my order. That's the only reason for the low rating. Had such a bad experience at Lasaters. I will first of all say in all fairness their coffee is good and runs about same prices/quality as Starbucks. I'm not gonna drag out my story but my experience was bad enough for me to write to corporate. I gave them a nice detailed letter about my experience and got absolutely no response!
