I can tell that they use quality beans! The owner is so down-to-Earth ... and took time to chat. I appreciated him answering all my questions as he was training a new barista. This visit, I brought my Dad for brunch (after his VA appointment nearby)! He enjoyed the ham & cheese croissant sandwich while I indulged in the Lincoln's Apple Pecan Croffle! So rich & delicious! I also ordered a slice of the Blueberry Lemon Bread to go, but it didn't make it wholly intact by the time I got home! Haha. I enjoyed the affogato and I was ready to accomplish so much afterwards! It gave me a good pick-me-up! My hubby loved his Monte Cristo Croffle ... I barely got one bite to sample. It was delicious.
