We recently got a new mattress on and didn't know how to dispose of it during this pandemic. We were trying to get is picked up from another hauling company our management company recommended, but their response time sucked. I googled a couple places and got quotes but those were too expensive. I came across Responsive Hauling and gave them a call. I got a quote and scheduled a pick up time less than five minutes on the phone. The haulers came between the scheduled time in the morning. They contacted me to let me know they were on the way and when they got to my place to pick up the mattress which was placed outside our front door. They were very responsive and quick but their website is very misleading. The website says nothing about pricing and then they show up to your house with an arbitrary price. They charged me $270 to pick up a couch. I already did most of the work by bringing the couch down to the curb. I might pay that much if they were actually removing my couch from my living room.
