I visited this dental office for a second opinion regarding inflammation around one implant. I clearly explained that the issue was isolated to a single area, yet during the appointment, I was told a full mouth X-ray was needed--something that was never mentioned when I scheduled the visit. I found this surprising and not aligned with the reason for my consultation. While the staff may be professional, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency and the push for a procedure that didn't seem relevant to my specific concern. read more

I have neve been so mistreated like I was there... I went for a consultation for a tooth implant, from the moment I walk in to the very few minutes that I stayed there, they treated me horrible. The dentist assistant asked me if I could afford a dental implant? I felt so insulted! why would I request an appointment with them if I couldn't afford it!? I thought her question was rude and it make me feel very uncomfortable. Her body language was very cold, I asked her excuse that I need to use the restroom, then I just left. This place is a rip off, and very dishonest. On everyone's first visit, they will try to push a $500 mouth guard. If you've never been told you needed a mouth guard, I guarantee you you will be told this on day one which is what I was told and then I heard the doctor telling the guy in the next room over the same exact thing, and then I heard the hygienist offer another guy the same exact thing, and then, when I came back in for a cleaning, they offered it to me again. I went to office today for a consultation with Dr. Ressler, regarding receding gums on one tooth.( I was seen by my regular dentist last week who took a few X-rays .) A dental assistant came in and explained that they need to do a full mouth of X-rays before the Doctor would come in to see me. I said ,I can have my dentist send over what they have , and my appointment is just for consulation . they said doctor will not see me without them doing a full mouth X-rays. WHICH BTW XRAY WILL NOT SHOW GUMS RECESSION ITs obvious that they were looking to rip me off with unnecessary X-rays to make money. read more

Just wanted to review an AMAZING cosmetic dentist and dental implant specialist that I was lucky enough to have found right here in Delray. First off, I am a medical doctor and allergist so I have had a chance to deal with LOTS of health care providers over the years in my work in hospitals and offices. Dr. Ressler diagnosed a hidden fracture in one of my teeth that had been bothering me for weeks by using a high-tech CT scanner he has in his office. With just some local anesthetic, he gently removed the broken tooth, and repaired my jaw with a bone graft in preparation for a future dental implant . No pain whatsoever. He was very kind, soft-spoken, and spent a lot of time with me to explain everything and answer all of my questions. He even personally called to check on me the same night! Excellent technique, he received his training at PENN and NYU which are top schools, and his super clean office has very modern equipment. Dr. Ressler's office staff also went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Five HUGE stars for this caring man and perfectionist dental specialist. Upon scheduling my first appointment I was very clear that I was due for a cleaning and I sent over all of my past dental records and insurance information. At the appointment the hygienist took x-rays and did a quick visual exam and told me I would have to schedule a second appointment to actually get the cleaning. This is not standard practice and was only done so they could bill for two appointments, which is a complete waste of my time and insurance money. On top of that it turns out Dr. Ressler does not accept Cigna insurance, which is an error on the Cigna directory, but also throughout the insurance verification process his staff did not tell me this. I have appealed my claim and taken my business to another dentist in the area. read more

I went to see Dr. Ressler to have some bonding work done on my front tooth which was chipped. He explained everything he was going to do and as he was doing it this made me feel very comfortable. I'm extremely happy that I went to see him he's a wonderful dentist very professional and somewhat of a perfectionist which is a good thing because when your working with bonding you need to also color match the tooth among other things but he and his assistant were incredible and my tooth is perfect you can't even tell that I had anything done. I would definitely go back to his office if I need any other dental services. read more

My goal was to find a dentist who is experienced in dental implant surgery -and- has the ability to finish all of the dental work in one office. My regular dentist does not place dental implants but I found out that Dr. Ressler has training in both surgery and dentistry. I have always been somewhat fearful of dental offices but I can genuinely tell you that Dr. Ressler put me at ease. On my first visit, he took digital x-rays and discussed my treatment choices. He communicated with my original dentist of many years and together they discussed my treatment options a bit further so I knew they were covering every possibility for me. It was so refreshing to have a dentist like Dr. Ressler patiently describe everything for me in plain English. I am happy to report that both the extraction and implant surgery went very smoothly. It was amazing the amount of computer technology that was used to make the procedures faster and pain free, even during the actual implant placement. I should also say that the office is immaculately clean with very modern equipment, and Dr. Ressler is extremely attentive and professional. I am grateful for the doctor's kindness, and the personal attention I received from his front desk person and his entire staff.
