I agree her staff is good. But don't let Staller do any work. She allegedly found 3 cavities in my teeth. The initial estimate for fillings was high, but then she got all the new equipment and the prices went up another 35% (!). I (stupidly) let her do one filling, and it has felt awful ever since. I've described the problem, and she just does her dismissive giggle. I went elsewhere to start with a new dentist (and get a 2nd opinion on the other cabities)...nope, no cavities, not even little "shadows" like Staller said. Now I have to have the filling--that Staller did--removed and replaced which will be a nightmare. Additionally, Staller's exams are a joke: she puts zero effort into inspecting teeth, gums, and she doesn't do oral cancer checks. read more

Excellent dentist that offers friendly and outstanding service. I have been visiting this location for about two years and have been very happy since my first visit. Dr Staller is an excellent dentist, well trained, and is an amazing underwater photographer as many of her images are on the walls. Sure, if you call around, you can find a cheaper and less expensive dentist, but that dentist will not have the same level of expertise or provide the same quality as Dr Staller. When it comes to medicine and sushi, you really do get what you pay for, as there are no cheap bargains that are worthwhile. read more

Today I went for a cavity that I had...I can't express how nervous, how stressed, how scared I was...if somebody is super afraid of the dentist, I will pick the first place! ...but Dr. Staller is just stellar!!! Just got back from a consultation with Dr. Zarina Staller. I wish I had found her sooner! Dr. Staller is very meticulous. She has a very friendly staff that makes you feel very comfortable. She explained everything really thoroughly, and walked me through the various pictures and x-rays so I understood everything. There was no work to be done on my teeth so I was very happy about that. Above and beyond the excellent dental care, I was really impressed by all of the staff. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and upbeat. Exactly the kind of people you want to interact with when you're going to the dentist. The entire office was perfectly clean as well, and they seemed to have all the latest tools and technology. Dr. Zarina Staller is a supremely talented dentist committed to providing superior service & has for me and my family since 2013. This includes regular and I have to say excellent cleanings, along with replacement of a Porcelain Crown and five Veneers. So grateful for my celebrity smile! I had a bad experience with her. I went to her to have a cap put back in my mouth and was bombarded with an assistant who insisted I have 18 ex rays in my mouth. I had a fall due to dehydration from food poisoning and my cap fell out. Her assistant says I must pay $181 for 18 ex rays before the dentist looks at me. I was quite sore and in pain and really just wanted to act put back on as it's hard to eat and got infected due to it being off. Well instead of saying et me get you a prescription for the infection and let me put the cap back on so it doesn't get worse she refused to do anything. She was quite rude. I called my dentist in NYC and told him what happened and said she was incompetent. Not putting the tapback on is making things worse. Don't ever use this woman. She is awful! read more

I had a terrible toothache, didn't have a dentist and was scared to death. When I called Dr.Staller's office I was shocked to hear how happy the lady who answered the phone was. Professional, accommodating and took the time to calm me down. I walked into Dr. Staller's office and was pleasantly surprised. The office was more like a spa than a dental office. Kudos to whoever decorated it. The dental assistant came to get me with hardly any wait time at all. (A rarity these days in a doctor's office) When I met Dr. Staller and told her about my dental phobias, she took the time to get to know me. I didn't feel pressured at all . Dr. Staller told me that "the patient is in charge" of what we do. We can go as fast or as slow as I felt comfortable.
