There are a lot of variations using Swedish Punsch. As they define it, "'Punsch' is a Swedish liquor made by mixing the spirits arrack, brandy or rum with arrack tea (lemon & spices)." The inside of the restaurant is intimate with romantic lighting, plush red velvet cushioned booths and red carpet, and beautiful stone walls. It is really a dramatic display and felt like glamorous old Hollywood aesthetics. Our server was wonderful and brought over gluten free bread and pointed out the menu items safe for celiacs. We decided on the braised beef cheek with a truffle mashed potato, which was incredibly delicious. The creme brulee we had for dessert was technically flawless and therefore perfectly decadent.
