0930 11/15/25: Failures at mobile order pickup, customers service/return, AND cashier. Mobile order pickup: one of the items was a pop socket and it was the incorrect one, incorrect SKU, and the receipt SKU didn't match the incorrect product provided AND the product ordered. Not as big a deal as you'd think until... Customer service/return: They threw a fuss about their own mistake in how it was entered on the receipt and that 'we' were bringing them a ¿more? incorrect product. So that was an unnecessary money of employee combativeness. Cashier: next to us was someone coming to get Pokemon cards. They asked how many were left, the cashier said 4, and the customer said I'll take all of them. The limit on the sign says "Limit 2 packs per person". The customer was partially in the wrong for using the employee, but the employee in this case gets all the blame. This whole endeavor is a 0 star experience. ZERO! read more

My friends know that I don't like shopping but in one word someone made my experience tonight worthy of a positive review. That one word is, Servando! I searched all over the store for a baby Target gift card. So many employees had me in the baby section, in home goods end caps etc. Servando found one by one of the checkout counters. He went out of his way to help me and I was extremely grateful because I spent over a half hour looking for that specific gift card! No wonder he is your head cashier! Stopped by this location of Target with the family following dinner on a Saturday Night, checking out all the cool new seasonal merchandise & everything! Got some great deals and new arrival items too! Though it was within the last hour prior to closing, workers were helpful, the store was neat and organized, and there were options for checking out for both self-checkout and with an actual employee. I wanted to do a special shout out to Brandon tonight, our awesome cashier! He was personable, fun, and when we finished, he even asked if the kids would like stickers. Granted, at this point it was now like 20 minutes to closing. Like, wow- he acknowledged us, cared, and though he could have just moved on to the next person, he took that extra moment- & it was noted and appreciated! He thanked us and we both wished each other a great night. Faith in retail customer service...well done Brandon! I've had to stop in this Target a few times in the last couple months, and I'm happy to report the visits were painless haha. I really don't like shopping. But this parking lot isn't as bad as others in the larger River Park shopping center. Getting in the door can be slow lol but the shelves are well stocked. Cashiers have been friendly and helpful with gift cards and wallet pay or whatever it's called. This visit we found what we were looking for quickly, including the Wicked Monopoly game - can't wait to play! read more

Solid Target! Well stocked, plenty of Halloween themed treasures at the moment, and a massive makeup and accessories section, like lotions, face masks, and more beauty items. I was also able to purchase groceries, including some nice fresh fruit, frozen, and Diet Cokes. Loads of parking. Tidy. Friendly staff, especially in self check-out and the beauty supply area. This location is my favorite Target. It is located at river park shopping center and there is a Tesla supercharger conveniently located near this target. I can charge car and walk to target to grab what I need. There curbside pick up is the absolute BEST. The employees are quick and efficient and I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my pick up order. The staff at this location are always friendly. The cashiers always have a small conversation with me every time I am checking out and super friendly. The ulta section is super cool! They have a wide variety of selection from top make up brands to their more budget friendly options. My kids really enjoy the bullseye playground and so do I! We always find the cutest things in this section. Oh, and just fyi, you can order Starbucks from their indoor cafe and they can bring it out along side your target pickup! Target often get its bad name for being an expensive store, but I have managed to save money at target. I however, I'm a red card holder. If you know your way and always clip their coupons along with their circle bonus. You can def save some bucks. Customer service can be a hit or miss but most of the time I always end up doing self checkout unless it's closed. Which has been happening more lately. They also still have their cafe open which I know many target don't have it anymore. They also recently added an ulta. Not much selection with fresh veggies just a little bit of everything read more

Chose Target to take my 4 year old granddaughter for a little 'girl time' shopping. Unfortunately, shortly after we arrived she looked at me and said, "its so dirty in here, why would anybody buy anything", she was totally right! I was saddened to see the empty, dirty shelves, disorganization, dirty floors and carts. I began to wonder what their warehouse for online shopping looks like where customers don't observe. I found it interesting that there was a number of good reviews for this store from the same person, which obviously lifted the overall average, when my observations were so different. I'll give it another try as I do enjoy Target products, but it truly was apparent and sad that there is an issue when a 4 year old can see it over management. Pretty disgusting actually. read more

The store was a complete mess and I mean dirty unorganized out of stock and stuff all over the floors everywhere. The personnel are very helpful and they always have plenty of checkers. The store for the most part is clean and organized.

Rob was above & beyond in terms of customer service. I interrupted his restocking/assigned task, in need of some help getting a riding cart replaced. The battery had gone dead. He called for assistance from the customer service department. Seemed like they were all busy-so he paused in his task and went to get one for me. Helped transfer all my items to the new cart. So kind, polite and helpful. Great vibe and positive attitude. Got me set up and on my way-and then also took the dead cart back to the front to be recharged. (Didn't just leave it for somebody else to deal with.) Thank You Rob! Target you need more employees like him! Going the extra mile with kindness & a smile. read more

He is a new manager at this location and assure me that he will be taking care of some of employees rude attitudes. My 4yo burned her hands from their bathroom. The faucet that has a stepstool designated for the kids has a very hot water coming out of it. We have made the staff aware about this before, and still, there is no intervention regarding the hot water. It is still hot! We have been there again maybe 5-6x since we first notified the staff about the hot water and it's still burning hot. Today, we were shopping around for toddler bikes (we were seeing which one to buy since we saw it at first in the website) at the toys section, and an associate stopped us, stating my kids cant be riding them for "safety". Lol there were older kids (probably 6 or 7yo) running around nearby, how come they dont get to be told to stop running around for "safety"???!!! Also, maybe Target shouldnt be displaying the little toddler bikes for trying it if "safety" is a concern for trying it on?! Just keep them in the box! My kids were literally around the area of where the toddler ride/bikes and not in any way riding it fast since they are toddlers. We were having them try them so we can decide which one to purchase! But the associate decided it was a safety hazard to try them, yet the 6 and 7yo (maybe older) kids that were running around werent a safety hazard for anyone. It doesnt make any sense! read more

Extremely disappointed in their customer service. While I'm the self check out I was scanning my items I probably had 8 in total. I also got a 30 pound bag of dog food that's scanning code was on the bottom so after I scanned my small items and put them in a bag I pushed the dog food over to scan. A cashier who was working a regular line not in self check out shouted at me to scan the funko pops, I had 2 medium sized ones. I said I'm not done. I proceeded to scan one looked at the screen at the price and then scanned the other then he shouted at me again to make sure to scan the other one too. I felt so embarrassed like he was accusing me of shop lifting. I didn't do anything wrong. I then said would you like to come check my receipt and he said no, some people just don't know how to scan their items. read more

You would think that because of its location, this would be one of the best Targets, but unfortunately, it's one of the worst. When you walk in and go to Bullseye's playground, you'll find that everything is just thrown there, there's absolutely no organization, and there's hardly any stocked items. Walking throughout the rest of the store is pretty much the same. Things are never where they're supposed to be. There is trash and opened/eaten food everywhere! It's insane. They don't care how their customers treat the store and that really shows when you're simply walking around and you have kids and teenagers literally running around the store and taking furniture off the shelves and sitting on it in the middle of the aisles and hanging out. Even the grown adults do that. It's really hard to shop when customers pulled all the beanbags and pillows off the shelves to sit in the aisle and talk, just to see a target employee walk by like nothing, as if it's a regular occurrence. These are things I expect from Walmart, not Target. Maybe it's where it's located that makes it struggle with these issues. One of the biggest Targets in fresno but with the quality they provide, sometimes bigger, isn't always better. read more

I received moldy strawberries in my online grocery order and I realized once I got home. When I went inside to talk to customer service I asked if someone could switch out for me and the worker asked if I could switch out. So I end up switching out myself. When I got home again, I realized that I was missing a cold bag such as lunch meat, yogurt, turkey bacon, and other items. I tried to call them and no answer so, I ended up driving to their store again and talking to customer service again. They tried to check in the back for the cold bag and it wasn't back there. Which means they gave my bag away to another customer. Once they asked what are the items to help me refund it. I asked if someone can reshop it for me? They said this is the best they can do. So I end up doing my own shopping. What's the point of doing online shopping? When I was working for Walmart in the grocery department, I would either shop the order myself or have another co-worker shop for me. What a waste of my 45 minutes of night, thanks target. read more

Definitely my favorite location of all Targets. The atmosphere is simply better. The workers are friendly. I love the fact they have the the Red Card I use the Debit card and I love saving the 5% each time I shop. The app is also every convenient. When I don't want to walk and shop around the store because it can get dangerously expensive buying random things I don't necessarily need the target app comes in handy and picking up is so simple. read more

This Target is pretty clean and organized.The store is reasonably priced. It has really nice kids clothes and women's clothes. I usually just shop for clothing and accessories. This store however does have a Starbucks, a food court, pharmacy, grocery area, and electronics department. The registers are rarely packed because they will open another register for you if a line gets too long. How nice is that! I don't think I have ever been in a line that is more than three customer's long. That's a win in itself. The cashiers are friendly and always ask if we have found all we needed. Oh! I like this store better than the one closer to home at Bullard. I was looking for something in the weekly sale ad that ends today and they were out at the other Target. I've had that happen before, where if I don't shop at the beginning of the week, I might not find it. Anyway, I was in the market for some specialty Mickey Mouse items and they had six today at the River Park store! The store was spacious, clean and organized. Friendly checker, too. I left home with the intention of purchasing a PS5. Went first to Best Buy next door. Loitered in the gaming and audio departments for about 15 minutes. There were no employees in sight. Nobody greeted me or asked if I needed help. I quietly walked out and went to Target. I was greeted with a smile upon entry. The same employee pointed me towards the gaming department. When I arrived, a young man immediately asked if I needed help. He answered all of my questions and rang me up for my purchase. I was blown away by the difference in customer service. This location is quite small but usually has a decent selection of clothing and whatever else you may be looking for. Parking is shared with the other big box stores adjacent to it so can be a challenge. Finding a person to help you find something in here is usually difficult but every now and then you get lucky. I don't mind coming to this location if I'm already in Riverpark but it's not my favorite Tarjay in town. All of the young people who are loitering around Riverpark find their way into this Target and the restrooms are unclean. read more

How many times do I need to get screwed by the Target photo department before I learn my lesson. Of course, I'm convinced by a friend to give them another try and they manage to screw up my order again. Why email me that my photos are ready for pick up if your machine has shut off for the night and will not allow further photo printing. Just don't email me if they are not ready! Simple. Target is one of my favorite stores. I'm not high maintenance. They have diapers for $13.79 a box! This is a steal. If you have lil boogers with diapers you know what I'm talking about. My daughter is 17 months, and we are in the middle of potty training her, so soon enough she will never again need these diapers. At first I would buy the huggies at Costco for 29.99 a box. (Keep in mind they will clear through these about every 2 weeks) Then I went to Luvs for $17 a box. This is also a very good brand. BUT the Target diapers are very good quality and strech for $13.79 I know this advice will save you money. And you figure their just shitting on them why do they need name brand. The store has been remodeled and has made a huge improvement in the grocery section. I am highly impressed by selection and prices. Large produce section, packaged meats like one would find in a grocery store, and a frozen food section that goes on and on. The cold boxes light up as you walk past them. My one complaint is the bread section is still limited to Target's brand, but I can work around that. read more
