    Really yummy cocktails

This is a sweet little gem away from the "strip" in Tulum, each item I ate or drank was fantastic. We went with other recommendations and got the lobster pasta (yum) and the tuna nachos (double yum). The fish ceviche was fresh and delicious. Word of warning for sensitive tummies: the mixed ceviche does have raw shrimp, so if that makes you squeamish, stick with the fish ceviche. I lost my mind for a moment and ate some salad which I think may have given me food poisoning, but that's my fault, I should have known better. For sure try to sit on the patio for the gorgeous view!

Upscale beach front restaurant . Good for large groups or romantic intimate couples! The food was excellent. It's a small staff so there is a bit of the wait. No rushing dinner here, the view at the intimate atmosphere is worth it! The drinks were delicious and huge! The host was so personable and welcoming. He knew the menu and his recommendations were spot on!!!!

Great location, isn't too busy, Italian seafood options, great service. Got the lobster risotto, sat outside on the patio where there are hammocks and beach cabanas. We were one of two groups there. All of a sudden it started raining, so they quickly moved us inside. Food was good, octopus, lobster were the fresh seafood of the day. So we got the shrimp, and lobster risotto and a glass of wine for around 130 pesos (so under $10). The lobster risotto was around $380 so that's under $20. All around good pricing. Best of all; the staff went out to grab a taxi for us in the pouring rain while we waited inside. Would go again.

Fruit crepes with a berry drizzle, sweet and tasty.

This little place is so great! Cute and private. An adorable restaurant and bar that has amazing food and drinks! Everything we ate, we loved.

Amazing dinner! Fresh red snapper with excellent sides.

Excellent food, great service and super quiet! Not expensive and very local. 5/5. Would recommend this place for dinner.

We stopped for a beer and stayed for dinner. We had the fish ceviche, lobster fettuccini and fish filet served on rice and veggies. Great meal at a fair price with a spectacular view.

We came here late on a Monday night (around 9pm) and they were easily able to accommodate our group of 8 people. The location is wonderful because it is right on the beach. Unfortunately since it was at night we couldn't see much of the water. But sitting outside and listening to the ocean was very calming. We order a bunch of appetizers and entrees. I tried the tuna nacho appetizer and the seafood app. The tuna was unbelievably fresh and a few people liked it so much they ordered another round so they didnt have to share. After all of the seafood apps, I decided i didnt need a lot of food so I went with the special house bruschetta and a salad. Salad was a bit over dressed (all of the spinach at the bottom with soaked) but tasty. The house bruschetta was soo good. They make all of the bread in house and you can tell. Because it was my friends birthday, they gave us a free round of "tequilla boom booms" which was tequilla with some sprite that you hit on the table to fizz. A fun little treat.

Unbelievable food! We ate here almost every meal of our Tulum trip because after the first meal we didn't want to go anywhere else. Incredibly creative dishes with very flavorful and unique sauces. I got the filet mignon every night and the Yucatan Style Eggs every morning. My wife varied it up each meal with seafood at dinner and she was equally satisfied. P.s. Super fun hotel, too!

Loved staying here! Having our own private beach was awesome. And the staff was so kind and helpful. Loved Nayelli. She was always there to help us with whatever we needed.

We had our wedding this April at Piedra Escondida and it was truly the best week of our lives. Nayeli, who works at the front desk, is so kind, smart and hard working. She helped us plan the entire wedding and communicated with us every step of the way. She treated our friends and family like her own and went above and beyond. Martin, the chef, absolutely nailed the reception dinner and kept our bellies happy all week. If we had a dollar for every time our guests said how good the food was, we would probably have another wedding here! The hotel in general is clean, cute and authentic Mexico. We are SO thankful for all of the staff and can't wait to come back for our anniversary! MUCHAS GRACIAS Blake & Ali

We tried a couple different meals here and enjoyed all of them! They've got a great spot on the beach too, making it easy to sit and have a drink or two while enjoying the day. We went for dinner and tried the lobster - probably the freshest seafood we had all trip!

    Seafood platter for two.

This is a nice place for a quiet romantic dinner, with a beautiful view on the beach. We had the seafood platter for two and a few drinks. Everything was good but I thought it was expensive. Anyway, I had a great evening so it was worth it.

    Whole red snapper

It's a great restaurant on the water. I got the whole red snapper and it was probably the best whole fish I've ever had. I thought the prices where good even though your on the beach.

We went on a Saturday night and it was pleasantly relaxed, which made the whole experience even better. Alex took amazing care of us. He was attentive, kind, and always one step ahead, bringing things before we even had to ask. He also shared great insight about the restaurant and its background, which we really appreciated. The food was as delicious as ever. We always order the grilled octopus and it's a must every time, perfectly tender and full of flavor. This time we also tried a small shrimp ceviche that had a great balance of acidity and spice. We finished with the grilled fish, which was soft, fresh, and really tasty. I skipped the margarita this time, but they are also one of my favorite things to get here. We will definitely keep coming back.

I thought the fish was a little over-fried but my husband liked it that way. The grilled octopus was not overcooked, but in fact very tender, and cooked with this red sauce that made it very juicy. These were their two recommended dishes and I'm glad we got to try them. Just be careful with the water here (like any place in Mexico). I think I got sick because my drink had ice in it, which melted and contaminated my drink. Small mixed ceviche 10/10 - We were pleasantly surprised by the serving size ("THIS is a small?") The atmosphere was very unique, the music was great, they had a DJ, and watching the sunset made the whole experience even better. Definitely a vibe. The food overall was about an 8/10. I tried the sea bass, porterhouse steak, ribeye steak, BBQ pasta, octopus, short rib, and the empanada. My top 3 favorites were the ribeye, short rib, and octopus. The ribeye had amazing flavor, but if you're sensitive to salt, just keep that in mind. The octopus was really good too. I just wish it was charred a little more. The porterhouse also had a lot of flavor, but between the two steaks, the porterhouse looked better while the ribeye tasted better. The BBQ pasta was average, and the sea bass had a little too much lemon for my taste. If you like lemon-heavy dishes, you might enjoy it more than I did. The empanada, however, was my least favorite item on the menu and I personally wouldn't recommend it. Overall, service, the vibe, views, and experience made this place worth visiting, and I'd definitely come back again.

Our group was in the Quetzal nest, high above the trees with open air views in every direction. You feel the breeze, hear the sounds of the jungle, and watch the light change as the sun drops, it honestly feels suspended somewhere between nature and architecture. It's peaceful, surreal, and unlike any dinner setting I've had. The food was good overall with thoughtful presentation and interesting flavors, though a few dishes arrived a bit cooler than expected. Nothing that ruined the meal. That said, you don't come here only for the food, you come for the atmosphere. The setting is so unique and memorable that it's absolutely worth doing at least once while in Tulum. A special experience you really shouldn't miss.
