Everything was great, best steak & ceviche - they give so much fish! Amazing with allergy accommodations as well. The manager and staff were awesome as well!!

I loved the place, they welcomed us very well, then on the beach the chair service was spectacular down to the last detail, we decided to have lunch at the restaurant and I loved it from the delicious and highly creative starter plate. The main dishes were delicious and exceptionally presented, a good selection of desserts also. A place to recommend.

This place is definitely a must when visiting Seymour. It was the best beach and Beachside lounge experience I had doing my trip. I started off at breakfast at the rooftop. The breakfast was good, not great. And for the price I would've expected more. Took about an hour and 45 minutes to eat breakfast and then we went down to the beach. I had made a reservation online for the sunbed. Was not requested or informed to pay anything for it. It wasn't until after my friend and I finished with the dad that we were told it was $20 per person... I know that's not bad, but no one told us that prior. The beds were an amazing experience though. Super comfortable and came with a towel. as the afternoon progressed, party people were celebrating in the rooftop and the music got louder. It was a fun scene on the beach. Grand case was one of my favorite beaches on Saint Martin as well.

Server was TRASH!! Non attentive and dismissive!! We had a group of 8 who had a reservation and LOVE to over tip!! No water refills, no checks if the food was good or to our liking. No asking if we wanted more drinks (alcohol). Had to ask other staff to get her to come to us and when she did, she was again dismissive. It started to rain hard and the table got soaked and the power went out. We told her about it and said nothing. Didn't even wipe the table or offer napkins or towels. She spent more attention on other tables and didn't even look our way. And that was from the start. We had to ask who our server was because she didn't even acknowledge us when we sat down. She may have predetermined disposition of our group and that's not ok. She didn't even give us a chance. This experience made the (what would've been good) food not taste as good or want to return here. Other staff was perfect but she was TRASH!! We told the better staff about her. I can only hope that she gets more training. Good vibes! Bad service! (From her)

Good portions are large. Some dishes are better than others. I did not enjoy my spicy crispy tuna roll but I tried a friends sexy salmon roll and that was good. Beautiful views. People that work here are very friendly. It turns into a nightclub after.

If you decided to use their beach chairs, be aware that they charge 20€ per chair, and they will not give you any discount if you decide to eat there. It would be nice to get some. I was dissatisfied with this restaurant because of unexplainable high prices, lame music, unwelcoming stuff. For instance, pizza Margarita 12" - 23€, Sole - 82€ with one side, whole red sniper, 600g - 78€, salads - 24-32€, drinks - 15-18€. Music - lame singer/guitar player. Service - also unsatisfied: while the restaurant was almost empty I asked for a table closer to an ocean side and got denied because of "possible reservations". Only after I said that I'm not going to stay, they granted my request. When we left, the restaurant was 3/4 empty - there was no point to argue with me over the table.

This was a dream come true. We had front row beach chairs on a Saturday morning. Music started at 2 . Each resy comes with a towel and bottle of water. So we order some cocktails and food throughout the day. Louie was incredible - fast service and great recommendations. We ordered a Jade cocktail & banaanejo ( which both will live in my dreams). The water is super clear and easy to walk to. Also little tables live in the water to hold your cocktails . Would do it again in a heart beat

Had to visit the highly talked about rainbow cafe on the French side of the St. Martin island. The restaurant is so cute and cozy. Very well decorated and the water front just add to the ambiance. The restaurant sits right on top of the water, endless views of the mountains and the beautiful beach. For Brunch we ordered the avocado toast, which was my favorite. We also had brioche French toast which chocolate drizzle, nuts and bananas. Lastly, we ordered scrambled eggs which was just ok, it was a bit runny true French style; it's not like the traditional American style scramble eggs. The potatoes and mushrooms was a hit. We had a reservation and was seated right away, but the place was not busy when we went. The server was friendly and accommodating. Must try spot if your ever in St. Martin.

Their ribs were the best we tried on the island. The oxtail was the best we tried on the island. I fell in love with the curry goat roti. It tasted like it came straight from Trinidad. I wiped my plate clean and wished I had taken a picture. I ordered the drink special and swapped the tequila for rum. Diane, the bartender, made it sweet and smooth with coconut cream. It was so good I am naming it the Ashley. If you like coconut and sweet drinks, you will enjoy it. Our waitress Joe and Connor took great care of us. The service matched the food. The ribs were so tender the bone slid right out. My boyfriend and I split them as an appetizer and cleaned the bones. The cheesecake was also delicious. Every single thing we ate here was amazing. I would recommend this place. We are coming back. I want the curry shrimp next time and my boyfriend plans to get the curry goat again.

Absolutely amazing!!…read more Unassuming and not pretentious while still being clean, friendly, accommodating, and delicious. This was one of our favorites dinners while we visited Saint Maarten. The husband and wife owners are absolutely incredible. My son ordered the spaghetti. I ordered the lobster and my husband ordered the whole snapper. Spaghetti- the chef came over and grated fresh Parmesan over the spaghetti...delicious Lobster- couldn't decide if I wanted it prepared creole style or Thermidor. The wife made a decision for me and had each half prepared differently. I was soooo grateful and tipped accordingly because that was a lot of work. My husband and I planned to share the lobster and he doesn't like tomatoes so they left the fresh tomatoes out of the creole side and added okra (I love okra but my husband hates them). My husband tried it nonetheless and loved it. The lobster was delicious! Curried Whole snapper - AMAZING! The food and all the sides were served piping hot and my husband REALLY appreciated that. He also appreciated the size of the snapper (maybe about 2.5lbs). He ordered whole snapper at every restaurant we visited and this location had the largest whole fish. The view from the restaurant is amazing. They play music in the square that you enter to access the restaurant. The music is loud enough to hear while dining. Not sure if it's an every night thing or not. Music was fine. Overall, we were really happy to spend our money here!

I had to get up and order it and my water with the other chef that was standing around bc no one was helping me get anything. Ordered the most horrendous clam pasta I have ever had with extra bitter and old arugula on top. Nothing about this place was palatable. The service sucked. The spot is very cozy and has so many beautiful memories plastered onto their walls which is a beautiful way to keep memorandums of the people who visit. It is always packed and they seem to have karaoke? The breeze from the beach feels so good if you sit close to the areas that are exposed which kind of made it easy for us to wait so long for the food. My fiancee ordered the beef brisket sandwich he gives it a 6/10 because it was missing a bit of more seasoning, sweet potato fries were awesome and he still ended up eating the whole thing. I had the chance to bite into it and that one bite was enough for me to give it a solid 7/10 it can definitely be improved flavor wise but compared to most places on this island I will say they have the seasoning part of food down way more than the average place. For me, I had the baked ziti with chicken and while the pasta was (dry?) the cheese kind of made up for it? The plate was HUGE so I obviously was unable to finish it all in one sitting and it served as lunch today and I am not unhappy honestly. I feel like it taste it better because the raggu was able to sit overnight which ultimately added for that extra flavor to kick in all the way. We are not huge BBQ or greasy foods eaters but I would definitely come back to this place for some good local seasoning comfort food, we had a wait time of almost an hour which was not to our liking and we now know that if you are ordering take out you are probably better off calling ahead, ordering and just showing up after the food is ready. You cannot come to St. Martin and not visit Fat Tony's it is a staple and we can definitely see why.
