The version he received looked noticeably different from what was pictured on the online menu. To their credit, the staff remade it for him in a sun-dried tomato wrap instead of the white bread it originally came with, he said it was much better in the wrap. But he would try something else next time. The atmosphere here is definitely unique -- dog-themed and very cute. I loved their branded tumblers; honestly, I might swing back just to buy one. It did take a while to place our order, but the crowd makes it clear this place has a loyal following. As for the sides, they didn't impress. I had the potato salad -- pretty bland until I added some salt and pepper. My husband had the spiral pasta salad, which we'd rate around a 6/10. It's a little hard to find -- kind of tucked away and easy to miss -- but if you're curious, it's worth checking out at least once. You might just find your new favorite sandwich! Before I moved to NC in late 21 Hardee's was my favorite. It seems others agree its very noticeable if you go in the morning at this location because Biscuitville parking lot will be overpacked while Hardee's next door only has a few cars here and there. Both are great restaurants, biscuitville is just on a totally different level when it comes to breakfast. Back to my one complaint, the chaos; there is no clear system in place and when the place is packed it's hard to determine where the line starts or exactly how it moving both inside and drive-thru. It is often so congested with lack of proper lay out or communication that customers are left to develop their own systems which does not end well. I don't go when it's like that anymore for this reason. I do take advantage when is not congested.
