Stefanie referred to him as "Your Baby" and walked me through everything "My Baby" would go through during the process. That kind of care and empathy immediately put me at ease during such a difficult time. The morning we took Nautica, we brought him to the chapel where he was gently placed on a bier. We stepped into another room to complete the paperwork, and once that was done, we returned to the chapel. The entire experience was handled with incredible professionalism, respect, and warmth. Adoring Pet Funeral Home went above and beyond to make an extremely difficult moment as comforting as possible. Their compassion and attention to detail made me feel like Nautica was treated with the same love and dignity he had in life. I am forever grateful for the care they showed my little family member. Unfortunately, I recently had to pay them another visit when my 13-year-old Rat Terrier, Khloe, passed away the Thursday before Thanksgiving. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with pure kindness and the same thoughtful care I experienced years ago. I also learned that they now offer Aquamation--an eco-friendly, water-based process that returns pet remains to a sterile bone powder, similar to cremation but without flame. It's gentle, environmentally conscious, and produces more abundant "ash," giving pet owners a meaningful option for their fur babies. To all pet lovers: our fur babies deserve a loving and respectful final resting place, and I highly recommend Adoring Pet Funeral Home. They make one of life's hardest moments as compassionate and dignified as possible.

Please take the time to read, as this may be quite lengthy…read more I know the nature of doing business is trying to make a profit, however, based on our personal interaction with Paul, you would never get the impression that making a profit was what mattered. He made it abundantly clear that you and the loss of your beloved pet is what mattered. We called to seek services and without even hesitation or the mention of packages and pricing, all Paul wanted to know was "What was her name." Not in a way to write up a form, but in general interest of wanting to know what important pet has left your family. My family has been in animal rescue for years and no one has ever taken that caring approach on wanting to know about the pet first. What was she like, how she mattered to you and her importance in your life. He made you feel like you indeed are dealing with a loss and it was definitely significant. Upon meeting him, it was understood why. He had a dog, Brady, that was his whole world. This dog travelled the nation with him and was his companion for years. He was known in the community and was very beloved. Sadly, he passed away and Paul knew first hand the great loss it weighs on the heart. He took that loss and somehow translated into being able to comfort those during their sadness and making them feel like they are not just a transaction. He sympathized, because he felt that pain before. He understood, because he has been there before. And for some, these pets are their whole world, and he has known that, because he had Brady. This is the kind of care that you want handling your cremations for your fur babies. You want someone who will cradle them, as they carry them away from your car and you want someone who hands you back a beautiful urn with a lovely wildflower seed heart to plant, so that the love continues to live on. I do not say this lightly, but if you are in your time of despair due to pet loss... Paul is the best person to handle your cremation needs. Thank you Paul.

It was our first time there, and I was pleasantly surprised they even offer Sunday appointments. We saw Dr. Garrett, who was incredibly kind, thorough, and genuinely attentive. She reviewed his entire file before meeting us and actually listened to the details we shared about his behavior. We discussed a clear path forward, and he's now scheduled for surgery to have most of his teeth removed. I appreciate that this location has 18 veterinarians, several of whom specialize in dental care, and that they handle everything in-house, including blood work. So far, I'm very happy with the quality of care and professionalism at this veterinary hospital. I'll post a separate review after his surgery.

At 7pm it only moved to 7 pets in front of me. At that time I was told there was only one doctor, that should have been mentioned up front. At 9pm 3 pets if front of me because another doctor showed up. I understand that life threatening emergencies come first as my visit was not. I left at 11pm, fed up! It's 9am now, the next day, and my phone never rung to tell me that it was my turn for my dog to be seen. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!
