I have been going to Restor for several years. For the last several years they have had ridiculous turnover. Every time I get neurotoxin, it's like a new experiment on my face because a new person doesn't know me and how my face reacts to it. This last time was the last straw. They put one extra injection on the right side of my forehead and left me with a flat eyebrow and droopy eyelid. I asked them to put an additional one on the left side so that it didn't look so obviously uneven. They refused to do it. I also asked them to put neurotoxin in my chin as they always had done before and instead of doing what I paid for, they tried to upsell me, saying I needed filler instead. They also promised to return my phone call by the end of the work day on Friday. I was one of them. ****PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE***** I was a member here for over a year and spent over 6-7k with this company. When I went in, things were fine, but let me tell you, this company will blindside you with pricing if you are not careful. I had a membership of $125.00 per month; they took out every 1st of the month right on time. I am a guy who required extra TOX in my three areas, causing them to give me over 100 units in all three areas. After finding they were losing money on me, they decided to change pricing to anything over 100 units would be extra, which was fine. I understand that needs to happen, but to do this with days' notice is crazy! Here is the crazy part: why this place is not a good business and only cares about its profit. They told me that pricing was changing one and a half weeks before this went into effect after my membership fee had already been taken out. So, I called three times and emailed four times without a reply. Finally, I got on the phone with Matt, the GM ******. HE IS NOT A GOOD PERSON AND SHOULD NOT BE EMPLOYED HERE******, he straight up told me, "It's in the membership. We will not give back the money already on our books. you need to buy our product or get one of our services." I explained to him that I felt they could have given their membership members at least 30 days to decide what they wanted to do, but he said he would not budge that it was in the membership agreement. I have never felt so used in my life by a business after spending so much money there that he was so unwilling to help me. It's not about the money here but the principle of the matter. I would never treat a member that way. I am telling you this business does not care about you; do not invest in this place. They will screw you over and won't care. Now I am stuck with 190.00 that they are forcing me to spend on one of their services. If you can GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT WILL VAULE YOU AND RESPECT YOUR IMPUT ON HOW YOU FEEL AS A CONSUMER!!!! This place is really pricey, but they do an excellent job! I wanted a natural Botox/dysport look. I was really afraid of the first session and the frozen face look, but the nurse that did the injections really listened and gave me just a tiny bit of disport. Just took away some wrinkles, not all. I'm not going to lie. Aging is not for me, and I'm fighting it kicking and screaming. Luckily, I have Restor in the hood, and they've been treating my melasma, adult acne and fine lines and wrinkles for over 5 years! They've recently changed prices on some of their injectables, but it actually benefited my wallet, as I needed more Botox to get the results I wanted (again...see aging description above). I've had micro-needling, laser hair removal (goodbye shaving!) and LaseMD treatments for my melasma as well. They are all trained professionals who know what they are doing. I came in for my follow up appointment after my initial tox. Because of the "per area" pricing, I did not owe anything for my follow up units. I needed a little bit more in the "brow lift" area to open my eyes up. Do not recommend using if you spend under $400 per visit on Dysport / Botox. Their new pricing effectively weeds out younger people in early stages of using these services or people who use a lower dose. Per their new pricing, I went from spending $160 as an existing customer to $400 overnight for the same service. This is way out of market even with the recent increase in costs for these products. They were unwilling to be flexible on the minimum $400 spend and acknowledged that it was way out of market on a per unit basis for someone like me. They sent a message loud and clear that they do not want someone like me as a customer so I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

My aesthetician, Calah, was not only friendly and on time, she was also extremely knowledgeable about which treatment would be most effective for my skin's issues. She also kept me informed during each step of the process, which made me feel at ease. And the treatment itself seems to be very effective, as I see redness and/or darkening of my hyperpigmentation that will gradually slough off. This spa is doing an excellent job of making patients feel safe during the pandemic.
