I was racing my child for emergency medical care and I simply had to tell them (out of courtesy) that I needed to cancel an appt I had due to the fact that I was literally racing my little girl to the ER. I call back, she asks to put me on hold again, I pleaded with her not to, she started arguing with me and yelling saying people are never on hold that long and she wouldn't stop arguing with me long enough to even let me say I was simply calling to cancel my appt due to the fact that I had to race my child to the emergency room. Usually the staff is very nice but this lady, who answers to phone all the time, was rude, argumentative and inappropriate. Shame on her. When someone is pleading and begging and in tears you don't yell at them! And I had been calling as a courtesy. Given I was headed to the hospital ER with my child I didn't need to call them but wanted to because that's what honest, good people do. I am so blown away by getting yelled at by the moody lady that sits at the very front. Completely changed my opinion of the place.

I have never been so happy; I have had type 1 (juvenile) diabetes since 1990. I was devastated when I had to leave my pediatric endocrinologist in Toledo. Since 2006, the struggle began to find someone brave and funny enough to oversee my care for my adult life. After moving to Columbus in 2009, I had seen one, horrible, dreadful endocrinologist before almost completely giving up. At the suggestion of a cardiologist I worked for, he took one look at me and said, "I have the perfect recommendation for you. You will love her." Wow. I was blown away. Not only does Dr. Christofides care about your individual health plan (instead of treating you like every other patient), she was personable, out going, funny and dedicated to getting my health back on track. I must admit I have since disappointed her, by neglecting my health, but she is very understanding and forgiving. If you see anyone else in the area for your diabetes, thyroid, or osteoporosis issues - shame on you. Jump on the Christofides bandwagon, because it is one hell of a ride.

When my home delivery does not come, ( as usual) I have to go into the Low T office for a shot. This week I had to go into LT for a shot and they CHARGED me $56! After THEIR pharmacy failed to do their job. My spouse and I are looking at other businesses. LT office staff are professional and courteous. I just can't go along with their sub standard choice of provider.
