My migraines have been out of control lately so two weeks ago I made a couple urgent mobile health appointments. 1: I just got a call today, the day before my appointment, that they don't do migraine infusions at home. Even though it clearly states they do it on their website. I made the appointment two weeks ago. I even called them last week to let them know I have two insurances and gave them that information. So the fact that they waited until the day before to cancel my appointments is so frustrating on multiple levels. 2: They need to stop calling themselves 'urgent' medicine. They are not urgent. Their appointments are at least a week out if not 1.5-2 weeks out. I'm really upset by this experience. Especially when I was counting on those migraine infusions which I need in between my infusions I get at the hospital. Horrible business ethics.

We arrive 12 min early for our appointment, neither of us have rested much to say the least, only to be greeted by the receptionist with "you make to wear a mask" As I refuse and return to the car, excluded from accompanying my husband to his visit. As I sat and waited, my husband sent me a text saying he was sorry about the mask situation, and they only had him wear it until he arrived in the exam room. I guess those rooms are more germ free. I am not as confident in this medical establishment as I had hoped to be, or the science behind it. I do not see a repeat visit to this Doctor or this facility.
