The business seems plagued by high staff turnover and employs unqualified people to manage operations. Their services are overpriced, and I didn't feel they delivered any value for the cost. When I tried to cancel, I was told I couldn't do so until completing three months and waiting an additional 30 days from the termination date. The policies are frustrating, and the overall experience was nothing short of awful. I'm genuinely baffled as to how this business is still operating. I would never recommend them. Save your money and look elsewhere!

A young teenager who also works at Eastridge finally walked up to us with a remote and said to Ryan "It's not really a big deal, I can just change the channel." My thoughts exactly. I put my kids in Child Watch a couple of times each week, and they love it. The staff in Child Watch know the kids' names. They adhere to adult/child ratios, and when needed, they call a senior staff member to CW to help out. There may be a time when some kids are acting up or one of the CW staff members has taken a short break, but the description of 20 rowdy kids is not something I've witnessed. At this Y, the staff members know your name. They greet you, they ask about your family, they ask about your job. Even with newer places popping up all over the place, I could never leave the Y. It's not just another workout facility - it's family. As for some of the other stuff in the previous review - dirty toilets, disgruntled employees, sick kids - that can happen anywhere. The Littleton Y gets my highest marks for friendliness, family-like atmosphere, child safety, workout equipment, class offerings, etc. I encourage you to check it out.

You can pick colors and sounds to be on during your entire float, just at the bookends or it can be completely quiet and dark during the float. You have a private room that includes a shower along with your floating tank. First you'll take a shower and rinse off before and then you can get into the tank. The water is body temperature so it's comfortable to get into. I had a difficult time relaxing at first and was pretty antsy sitting still for so long but I eventually was able to relax. Also, beware if you have any scrapes or cuts because they will sting when you get in the salt water. Once you're done floating you'll rinse off and then they have a grooming room where you can dry your hair and apply makeup before heading out. The facilities have everything you need and feel very clean and modern.
