    Space heater/fan

I can't believed that I haven't been into this wonderful store until last year. What an AWESOME place to find treasures and affordable prices. Staff were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The space is organized and filled will all kinds of goodies from large appliances, furniture to dishes, silverware, craft items and so much more. I love that this store gives life to items that still are good and working order. It has now been my first stop for home needs. We bought a small space heater and a few kitchen items. Come check out this cool store before you hit up the Big Box stores!

    Heavy bar cabinet for donation.

We initially sent an email to ReStore in Santa Rosa, including photos of our large, heavy bar cabinet, which we wanted to donate rather than junk. We received a call in 24-hours saying that ReStore wanted the cabinet and we arranged a pick-up for the following week. The movers called us on the day before to confirm our appointment and on the day itself, to give us a more specific ETA for their arrival. This was a very positive experience. ReStore's website clearly explains which items of furniture they are interested in taking and they managed our expectations for what to expect. ReStore was the only place accepting charitable donations of larger furniture which would pick-up for free. Although as explained on their website, note they won't come into your home to pick up furniture; you have to take it outside yourself. We were glad our old bar cabinet was going to be re-used and were happy with how ReStore conducted themselves throughout this one-week process.

What an awesome little store for second hand furniture, paint, knobs, bathroom supplies. This place is a very nice find if you are looking to do some DIY flips, refurbish or just fill your new home. Incredible items here for sure

Too expensive. It makes me mad after you buy something used and non-returnable you find it brand new for less. A lot of phantom deals.

I'm writing this review so others can make an informed decision before shopping here…read more I visited the store on November 29 2025 and found a long fur coat priced at $300. I was thrilled! I've been searching for a secondhand coat like this for years. When I tried it on, two staff members walking by even commented that it was a great find and that it looked amazing on me. The stitching and condition were solid, and although $300 is high but, I was genuinely considering it. As I brought the coat to the counter to set aside while I shopped some more, the two women there were also visibly shocked by the coat, reacting as if it was an unusually valuable piece. I trusted that everything was being handled honestly. But when I returned, everything had changed. The coat had been repriced from $300 to $1,500, despite coming from a rack where similar outerwear was priced between $200-$300. I truly wish I had taken a photo of the original tag and the changed pricing to share on here the change was that blatant. Even more concerning, the coat was placed back on the sales floor with the new tag, rather than being treated like a high value piece or held behind the counter. The behavior and lack of transparency especially from the clothing director who oversaw the back area, felt blatantly dishonest. It was clear the price was switched only after I expressed interest, and the explanation I was given did not make sense. The director even walked the coat over with me to a mirror and put the coat on me herself and with a straight and calm expression said "it's $1,500". I thought this was a joke. As she revealed the new price tag. What should have been a positive shopping experience left me feeling misled, upset, and gaslit. I left in tears. The sudden markup was extreme, inconsistent with the store's usual pricing, and completely out of alignment with the INTEGRITY this organization claims to uphold. Whether the motivation was to prevent me from purchasing it, to hold it for someone else who volunteers there, or simply to inflate the price once they realized its value, the outcome was the same: the interaction was UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL. Management needs to address this. No customer should ever be treated this way. My partner has supported this store for over 13 years (since high school). After this experience, neither of us will be returning. I strongly urge others to shop with caution. I am so deeply disappointed. Thanks for reading for those who have gotten this for. I am just posting this now since it was in my notes and I still feel so strongly about this experience.

This Goodwill is not your average thrift shop. This is the last stop for the regular store rejects…read morebefore they get donated from what I understand. Do not expect to come shop in your cute clothes and browse through some neat racks. This is for the experienced thrifter who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. There is a side for clothing/linens/furniture and then another side for electronics/toys/housewares/etc. The emloyees do not mess around so don't give them attitude. There are posted prices but they are the ones who ring you up and a respectful and friendly attitude will help your cause! This place isn't for people looking for specific items, but is great if you're just looking to find some deals on random stuff. About every other time I go I find designer jeans in good condition and in my size (Sevens, Hudsons, Paige, true religions, etc) and have twice found nearly complete sets of nice dishes. Found a nearly full bottle of some Bumble and Bumble product and a half full bottle of Chanel No.5 (both 100% authentic). Great for holiday decorations, CDs, movies, board games (found multiple gently used and complete games), and other knick-knack type stuff. Do not get discouraged by the people (crackheads) there to buy things to resell at the swapmeet. If you are comfortable standing your ground and doing a lot of digging, this place can turn up a lot of gems. Your best plan of attack is to go with another person for an extra set of eyes.
