There was no call or notice beforehand -- I only found out after showing up. After that, the shop rescheduled me to Christmas Eve, but when I arrived, the shop was not open. Again, there was no communication letting me know they would be closed. I understand shops get busy, especially around the holidays, but this was extremely poor communication and a complete disregard for a customer's time. This resulted in multiple wasted trips and forced me to take my business elsewhere. I can't speak to the quality of their repair work, but based on scheduling and communication alone, I would not recommend relying on appointments here.

It was all so quick and now I'm back up and running and my truck sounds great. As a female, I don't feel taken advantage of, and they're always there for a quick question or concern. I even took it to them when my check engine light came in, they plugged the diagnostic meter to it, and found it was because I didn't get the gas cap screwed on quick tight enough. They reset it and sent me on my way. I feel confident that they will help me with anything I need. Wonderful place!
