There was no call or notice beforehand -- I only found out after showing up. After that, the shop rescheduled me to Christmas Eve, but when I arrived, the shop was not open. Again, there was no communication letting me know they would be closed. I understand shops get busy, especially around the holidays, but this was extremely poor communication and a complete disregard for a customer's time. This resulted in multiple wasted trips and forced me to take my business elsewhere.
