There was no call or notice beforehand -- I only found out after showing up. After that, the shop rescheduled me to Christmas Eve, but when I arrived, the shop was not open. Again, there was no communication letting me know they would be closed. I understand shops get busy, especially around the holidays, but this was extremely poor communication and a complete disregard for a customer's time. This resulted in multiple wasted trips and forced me to take my business elsewhere. I can't speak to the quality of their repair work, but based on scheduling and communication alone, I would not recommend relying on appointments here.

The whole team was super communicative and accommodating, which made the process so much less stressful for me. They also handled all of my insurance details, which was so helpful and I appreciated so much! As a 23-year-old non-car related things girl, my dad usually handles all of my car stuff and I just moved here so I was a little scared going into it but I never felt tricked or taken advantage of at all like some shops do. They were so honest and helpful the whole time. Vinny did my estimate at the beginning and explained the breakdown so I actually understood what was being done and the costs. They followed through on everything they said and my car was even finished over a week earlier than the original pickup date. They also coordinated with the outside shops on the other things my car needed done with the wheel and clear bra and handled all of that for me which made it way easier on me. Of the three quotes, Leonard Evans was the most affordable, and they provided an estimate that clearly showed, line for line, that the work they were going to do would be the same as that of the other body shops. It also helped that my husband had used them for work on his truck and was very happy with their work. To sum it up, they did a fantastic job. My car was in the shop over the weekend, and it didn't take very long. The paint match was perfect, and everything looked great--as if the incident had never happened. The price was very fair.
