My 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee failed near Orondo on a Saturday afternoon. I live in Puyallup and, without knowledge of the surrounding service options, I looked up Jeep service in Wenatchee. After a phone call where I was told service was closed until Monday morning but could use the drop-off service, I had the vehicle towed to Town Chrysler. I left a brief note stating the basic issue and the keys, with a promise to call and answer questions. I was contacted before I could call and was promised a rough diagnosis later that day. As promised, I was contacted that afternoon. Bent pushrods, probably a timing chain failure. We agreed on a engine replacement. Expected time for the new engine was 5 days; they had it in 3. Installation and checkout took about a week and a half. They were very thorough and kept me informed along the way. My service rep, Doug, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience for an out-of-towner. read more

They have had my truck in their service department for 6 weeks, (warrenty work) they've tried to fix it 4 times and then call me and say they thought they fixed it but didnt. They still are holding my truck, the GM Clayton Walker told me he wont do anything about it and the service manager Matt wont answer the phone. Or call back. The owner at dodge and town toyota Tony told me to get an attourney and do something about it. read more

I've had issues with my truck for over a vear and 10 plus appointments and thev can't fix it.I've contacted ram care and all but thev have been no help. Thev have replaced the radio twice. Ilve had multiple appointments. Plus I scheduled an appointment a week ago they forced me ta reschedule because they didn't have a rental for me. I came in this week and they still don't have a rental and most importantly a fix for the glitches my truck has on and off. I Don't recommend this dealership. Especially after thery shady practices they used with me. Taking my gap money and warranty money for a payment without my consent. read more

I am not one to write reviews, so here goes my first. This rating does not reflect the friendliness of the staff or the dealership. However, I wouldn't recommend this auto shop when it comes to repair quality. In my experience the two jobs they completed were careless. I thought taking my old Dodge Durango to "Town Dodge" would've been a perfect place. I have brought it in here 3 times over the past 2 years. 1st time was an oil leak, which they inspected and replaced the valve gaskets. Oil started leaking again within two years of fixing. I called to see if they could redo their work, but it was out of warranty by one week and they wouldn't honor that it leaked much sooner than when I called. So I decided (after my 3rd time going in) to replace the valve gasket myself not spend and other $550. During that time I found 2 vacuum tubes that were severely cracked and took me 10 minutes to replace. I also found that they didn't even clean the engine surface where the gasket sits. When I took off the cover it was filthy. They only replaced the gasket and ignored these minor details that could have a large impact on the engines performance. The 2nd time I came for a coolant leak, which was fixed and stopped leaking. This was a big project though, it required them to take out the whole engine and replace the freeze (core) plugs and cost $2000. However, within a week I found a loose hose clamp rattling around the lower engine. As I was searching down there I found 2 electrical cords unplugged. I couldn't believe it. If I had dropped a hose clamp I would've stopped what I was doing to make sure i knew where it was and taken the time to do a quality job. That was all it took for me to realize that this place doesn't actually care about my car. So I called a 3rd time because I wanted them to check out their mistakes and tidy everything up. To make sure there were no cords unplugged or any more unclamped hoses. They checked it out and then proceed to charged me $170 inspection for a problem THEY created. As you can imagine this has been very frustrating. I paid a lot for a careless and half done job. read more

We are very pleased with Town Chrysler Jeep in Wenatchee. We just purchased a used 2010 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with 55,000 miles in Kirkland. We were disappointed to discover that it was leaking fluids onto our garage floor. Justin Reynolds (Service Manager) and Alfonzo (Service Writer) had the difficult task of finding the origin of the leak. The effort they put forth in solving our problem was exemplary. It took several days, but the difficult to locate leak was finally discovered and fully repaired. In addition, the rate that they charged us was far below what we anticipated! We've always had our Dodge pickup serviced here and have been pleased with their customer service, but never have we had such a complicated problem. Kudos to Justin and Alfonzo for making this situation far less painful than it could've been! read more

Wish I could give a zero star review because I would. Been trying to get ahold of someone about the safety recall work that needs to be done to my 2022 Ram 2500. I've called multiple times, 5 times to be exact, and have left a message every time to return my call. Crickets. They ask me if this is the first time I've taken my vehicle here and my response has always been yes. I did not purchase my truck here, the reasons why; they never had what I was in the market for on the lot when I went to look. Or couldn't give me a timeline on when one would be in for purchase. I didn't want to wait for infinity to get a truck. This is the reason went to a different dealer that is out of state and located in Kellogg Idaho. My first call was actually answered and that was two months ago, been o-fer since. During that lone call I was told I would be put on the list for the recall and they would call when the part came in. The service person said they were receiving about one a week and I was seventh on the list. Still waiting on that call and part. I believe in supporting local businesses but hard to when they don't have what you're looking for, demonstrate poor customer service and never follow up on messages left. It's hard to understand and believe that at any point during these several months they are this busy to not call someone back. As a first time customer all I want is to have someone to return my call, answer a couple of questions and hopefully get my safety recall taken care of. Too much to ask for I guess. Update to this post. Changed from a one star to a 5 star review. After a couple of great conversations with Clayton from CDJR I would like to update my post. As the saying goes you can't win 'em all, what you can to do make a situation right. And that is exactly what Clayton did. I truly do appreciate him taking the time to reach out me and clear up what was going on. Couldn't ask for a better interaction with him and his service department. Everyone I dealt with was real helpful and super professional. The action that Clayton took has changed my mind and in doing so has earned a loyal customer for life. I had my truck in for an oil change, and met the new Service Manager, it was a great overall experience.

I scheduled an appointment online for a diagnostics on a check engine light. i completed all the step and gave a conformation my appointment had been schedule. I show up the day of my appointment and i am told it didn't go thru that there online system for appointment has been down for a long time. I wasn't even greeted as i entered . I was told they were slammed and i they didn't have time to check my car . I don't understand how there online isn't working but they had the information up of the appointment i had scheduled online. They ended up looking at my car they told me what the diagnostic was but i didn't even understand it was so much at once and me not know anything about cars. Such bad service i felt like was a bother! I went to them to get a service done not for it to free which seem like i was asking that from there way of treating me! read more

I made an appointment online and the earliest available was a Saturday, two weeks out. I entered in what I needed done. So two weeks passes and I take my Jeep down and they tell me they only do oil changes on Saturdays. Why wouldn't they let me know that before I waited weeks and then went there, and why would it let me make an appointment??? This is disappointing and I will never go back for any kind of service. My mother bought her car here and so has dealt with this dealership for 4 years. She recently noticed some oil leaking on her driveway. She took it to them and when they called back she looped me in on the call. They almost gleefully told me that "Someone's been off-roading, Huh?" and that the oil pan and transmission fluid pan had sustained significant damage and were the cause of the leak. I had not seen any Transmission fluid and doubted their diagnosis on that basis. They told me the repairs would cost about $900. I told them I'd need to get a second opinion, and they informed me that the diagnostic work would be $127 +tax. That seemed high to me but dealerships can always be counted upon to be very expensive. I told them I'd be in to pick up the car about noon. A few minutes before 12 I arrived at the dealership and stood and waited for ten minutes while Jeremy completed my paperwork, at a very leisurely pace. He informed me that they were going to give me a discount on the diagnostic work as the tech didn't spend a full hour diagnosing the problem. I paid the resultant $67 and took the car to another shop with someone who had done work for me previously who I trusted, Al's in East Wenatchee. An hour later Al called me back to inform me that while yes there some damage to the oil pan and the transmission fluid pan, there was no transmission fluid leakage, and the oil leakage was not coming from the oil pan. The problem was actually from the oil cooler at the oil filter, and that it was a common problem for this engine. When I spoke with the dealership they exhibited surprise. I have a great many doubts about their motivation for this. I have felt they have not dealt fairly with my mother on several occasions and they have apologized more than once. I have to wonder if when they were doing the repairs they quoted her they would have "found" the real problem and then charged her for that repair as well. When I went back in to get my mom's warranty card they forgot to give me with the paperwork they gave me, they actually asked for the name of the shop where I got the proper diagnosis, like they didn't believe me when I told them that they had mis-diagnosed the problem with the car. They all but accused me of inventing it, and even though I never asked for a refund it seemed like they needed a reason to trust me, not the other way around. While I stood there they called Al at his shop and he told them what he had found and they realized that I had gotten a clear picture from a reliable mechanic. They then offered to refund the diagnostic fee, and apologized again. At this point I don't trust these people, I don't think you should either. read more

I bought a used Subaru outback from them August of 2019. The customer service i got seems nice. They gave me a carfax that said it had never been in a wreck. Well i found it had been in a wreck by taking it to a friend that does body work. I wasnt aware of the extent of the wrecks. Yes i said wrecks!!!! I just took my car to subaru today and the carfax they gave me says its been wrecked 3 different times in a matter of 7 months. I cant even come close to a trade in value due to these wrecks. Because of the mileage and the wrecks im upside down in my car 16k. Pissed they sold me a badly wrecked car without my knowledge. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! read more

I like to go to a dealership that honors deals and does not renege on them. I bought a vehicle from them two weeks ago only to be told today that financing had not gone through and that I had to bring the car back immediately or the manager, Bill, would call the police and have me arrested for grand theft auto. I brought the car back immediately, tried to talk to them but they would not listen. They gave me back my trade in with a huge, new scratch on it and said they didn't put it there, but it wasn't there when I traded it in. Don't do business with these shady people. read more

Sales: Excellent experience! We walked in with a "build your truck" printout. Our salesman looked at it, said he had an idea, and said to go have some lunch and give him an hour or so to do some checking. He found our truck, only in the Big Horn edition, for just $2,300.00 more. All the bells and whistles included! Great price!! Super helpful sales staff. Service: A year into it we noticed some blemishes on the roof. We had it looked at, at a body shop, and they took pics. Chrysler denied the warranty and said it looked like we had left bird doo doo on it too long. That never happened. We talked to Bob, the service manager about it and he went to bat for us. It took him three tries, but he finally got it approved under warranty. BS that he had to go to all that work, but a fantastic experience for us in that he took the lead and got it done. We can't say enough about Town Chrysler. This was our first purchase there, but from here on out they are our go-to dealership! read more

This service department is slightly undermanned for the area of service they're responsible for; and one would think upper management would see this and address it. However this does not stop the service department, or its manager, Bob, from providing the best service they can. They have good attitudes and treat you fairly, regardless of your attitude. I came in Saturday late afternoon with a big coolant leak from a water pump that had gone out. The computer said that part isn't even made anymore, but they found one new in a box across the street. Justin stayed late putting it in, while I dined on cedar salmon and salad at the Applebee's a few blocks away. An hour after I arrived I was on my way home to Seattle with a very nice repair job. I had a very positive experience at Town Chrysler Jeep! So much so that I am writing a review for the first time in my life. I could not be more pleased with the level of service Travis 'the Jeep Guy' gave me. I was apprehensive about purchasing outside of my comfort zone (30 years driving a different brand) but one of my dream vehicles has always been a Jeep Wrangler! A picture of myself flying down a country road on a warm summer day with the top off and music blaring has been an image that has persevered throughout my life. When I test drove my first Jeep I was very pleased and could not wait to sign the papers and call her my own. After I purchased, I noticed an issue with the Jeep. I didn't say anything at first because I did not think that it would matter. After a week of this issue I decided to plead my case with Travis. His first reaction was to help me and keep me happy with my purchase! How often does that happen? Not very often in my experience. "They Sold A Car That I Was Buying To Another Customer For A Higher Price While I Was Getting My Financing Together! Their word, or their own purchase order, means nothing to this dealership. I searched for quite a while to find an SUV that I could afford and that met my needs. After some negotiation, we agreed on a fair price and I was given a copy of the purchase order. I had complicated circumstances to get my funding through an estate attorney. The primary people at the dealership were all aware of my situation and I called them to keep them posted on my progress with the attorney. Within a few days, I had the funds available to pay for the car and called the dealership to complete the purchase and arrange to pick up my car. That is when I was informed that another salesman, with the approval of management, ignored my purchase order and sold the car to someone else for a higher price. As you can imagine, I was furious! I would like to make clear that my salesperson was not involved with the sale of my car to someone else for a higher price. She was just as shocked and mad as I was that this sneaky sales group did this to me, and to her. They could have at least called me to let me know that they were considering selling my car to a higher bidder! Actually, that wouldn't have made any sense either because we had a price, an agreement, a commitment, and a purchase order. I do not recommend doing business with Town Chrysler because their word, or even their own purchase order, means nothing to them. They did not follow good business practices or common courtesy when they ignored the agreement that everyone involved had accepted. read more

I don't know where to begin...first let me establish that my husband and I buy a new car about every 1 1/2 to 2 years (there is nothing like that new car smell), so we are VERY familiar with the car sales industry and the difference between a good dealership and a shady dealership. Friends, before you head out of town for your vehicle purchase, just stop by and sit down with their sales team. The whole lot of them are friendly, knowledgeable about their product but most of all, THEY WANT TO SELL CARS (none of that shady business). Jonathon and Tony helped us into our new Ram and we honestly felt like family through out the whole process...from making the deal, to finance, to buying accessories for the new rig. I brought my truck I a couple weeks ago for an oil change and requested them to look into recall warranty parts and an issue with the air pressure sensor as I had just replaced all 4 tires. I was very assured that it would all be looked at and after the service I was told all parts were put in order. I spoke with both service and parts departments and was specific in asking if everything was looked at in regards to my concerns prior to the service and was assured that they Parts called me and told me all parts were in and so I scheduled a service date. I brought in the vehicle and asked again about the parts and the service mysteriously did not have any record of the air pressure issue with my tires. Keep in mind that I brought the truck in WITH the orange low tire pressure warning a couple weeks for the service and they didn't have any record in their inspection during service. I don't know if it's because I have an extended warranty with the services included but not having a record of a warning light after it was there for service is a clear indicator that the inspection (if any was actually done) was partly or completely pencil whipped. For those that don't know that term, it's when a tech just goes down a list and marks off everything as OK without actually looking at the vehicle. Yeah, so my oil may have been changed last time and I have no choice right now other than leave the truck there for the warranty repair but I don't know what I would find when actually digging in to what their maintenance procedures say on paper versus what they actually do and what is just pencil whipped. I told the service advisor that this is a clear indication that things are getting pencil whipped. No, I'm not making a big deal out of something small. As a paying customer, I need to have the assurance that the technicians are not pencil whipping inspections and actually looking at everything that could be an issue in the future. I am the one driving the vehicle and if they are pencil whipping air pressure concerns, what else is being pencil whipped that could affect you as you drive down the highway at 60mph? Brake issues? Think about it...OK ok, you get the picture. This is one of the things that just eats at me and I'm trying to not let this drive me further up the wall. read more

They (Paul) sold me a Jeep Patriot with a defective transmission. Paul knew it was defective and lied to me about it. During the test drive I asked Paul about the transmission not downshifting with the accelerator to the floor, he stated the electronics were synchronizing together (new car) causing the transmission to malfunction. Like an idiot, I trusted and believed him. It has been in the shop 3 times with only 3200 miles on it for the tranny problem and once for another electrical problem. They wont buy it back unless the service manager experiences the problem himself. I told him what was happening with the transmission occasionally not shifting in automatic mode and he did not listen to a word I said. Hence, when he drove it (200 miles) it did not replicate the problem (so he says) I guess its time to hire a Lemon Law Attorney. I am looking into it now. Paul is the type of person that gives car salesman a bad reputation. I hope he burns in hell for being a dishonest liar. I strongly suggest not buying a vehicle through him. read more
