Well, we have a big job we are in the middle of, and we only have one lift. We probably won't be done until next Tuesday, but come back Friday to see." How is it you just told me you don't even do alignments, but once I show you evidence that you are selling alignments, all of a sudden you do, but can't because your ONLY lift is in use for a "big job?" Customers inside were arguing with technicians about messing up their vehicles, and a customer out front said, "Man, this place is crazy. They don't know what they're doing!"
