Got the car back literally sparkling inside and out and they made tremendous improvement with the paint - and they were even able to re-clip the front bumper skirt that had gotten snagged and pulled out of place years ago! Steven kindly offered to try an additional product on some of the spots of missing paint which I'll be taking the car back for. Pricing was great and they were FAST; car was in at 7am and done by 2pm (the last time I took my car in for interior detailing at a chain company, they took nearly 3 days!) So we pull up our Groupon to show them, and ask why it allowed us to schedule it online as an alignment if they don't do them. Well, now she says, "Oh, a Groupon. Well, we have a big job we are in the middle of, and we only have one lift. We probably won't be done until next Tuesday, but come back Friday to see." How is it you just told me you don't even do alignments, but once I show you evidence that you are selling alignments, all of a sudden you do, but can't because your ONLY lift is in use for a "big job?" Customers inside were arguing with technicians about messing up their vehicles, and a customer out front said, "Man, this place is crazy. They don't know what they're doing!" Needless to say, we got a refund on Groupon and are taking our vehicle to A & S Auto Clinic in Gaithersburg. We talked on the phone first, where he was attentive to my concerns in trying to pre-diagnose the issue beforehand. After talking with him, I felt comfortable proceeding with him doing the work because he seemed honest, fair and transparent. After taking my car, I get a call back the next day with a full diagnostic reportof what was wrong and why.
