We called around noon and she said it was going through inspection for quality assurance and would be ready later that day. They NEVER called us. We drove by the lot around 5pm and the car was just sitting there, completed. We decided to come on Wednesday to get the car because the rental place had closed at that point. There was still no call from the receptionist, at any point, and the car was sitting collecting additional hours to bill the insurance company. I would not recommend them for service.

After finding the desk, they tell me right off the bat that they don't do alignments. What? So we pull up our Groupon to show them, and ask why it allowed us to schedule it online as an alignment if they don't do them. Well, now she says, "Oh, a Groupon. Well, we have a big job we are in the middle of, and we only have one lift. We probably won't be done until next Tuesday, but come back Friday to see." How is it you just told me you don't even do alignments, but once I show you evidence that you are selling alignments, all of a sudden you do, but can't because your ONLY lift is in use for a "big job?" Customers inside were arguing with technicians about messing up their vehicles, and a customer out front said, "Man, this place is crazy. They don't know what they're doing!" Needless to say, we got a refund on Groupon and are taking our vehicle to A & S Auto Clinic in Gaithersburg. He asked me to take advantage of having him touch up additional minor scratches/dings at no extra charge, and I did. The work that he done far exceeded my expectations. The car literally looks as it did when I first purchased it. I couldn't have been any happier. It took a little under an hour and a half to complete it, to my surprise. However, the job was sooo emmaculantly done, that I couldn't even tell that the damage was once there. The paint match was a 100% match, even down to the pearl shining in the sun. SMH.
