Jim at ReSurface Pros was great to work with and he did an excellent job at refinishing my shower (looks brand new), restoring my bathroom sinks (eliminating mineral deposits & polishing bowl & chrome), and saving me money by not refinishing a 2nd bathtub/shower but rather using his special cleaners to bring it back to looking great. Jim was accommodating of our schedule, was an excellent / timely communicator, and was very knowledgeable of his craft and the various cleaners that he uses given the specific material / application he is working on. He was very diligent in preparing his work area for success with proper taping, ventilation, drop cloths, etc. When finished, his clean up was great. Jim did our bathtub at our old house in 2009 and did a great job. So when we needed our bathtub done we knew who to call! Our tub before was very OLD and nasty. It had some mold around the caulking, light chips on the bottom, and paint that we couldn't get off. He did an excellent job and it looks brand new now!!! read more

Jim resurfaced the inside of our old claw foot tub as part of our bathroom remodel. The tub was full of stains, and its finish was very dull and impossible to clean. He was recommended to our contractor by another client. I am so glad we chose him! Not only does our decades-old tub look shiny and new, but he was so easy to work with, from start to finish. Contacted Jim in 2018 and he explained everything on what to expect to resurface our shower pans and bathroom counter. He was honest on what we needed versus what we didn't need to resurface areas in our home which demonstrated his integrity and honest character. Our circumstances changed and had to put our project on hold. Contacted Jim a year later in 2019, and again, he demonstrated that he cared about answering all of our questions and welcomed us to visit his showroom of samples of his work. Jim resurfaced the tub at my mom's place this summer. He did a great job. The tub was quite old and when he started working the tile by the tub started to fall down. Jim was able to save the tile for me and saved me a lot of money as well. He is a very hard worker and completed the job in the intense summer heat. Jim finished the job ahead of schedule as well.
