So money hungry even if you qualify for 3x's the rent they want to see what you currently in real time know what you have in your bank account before even running credit ! Kimberly spent hours asking for way more information into my billing matters outside the fact we could afford it. Filed 3 applications for $85 ea. Not running my credit BUT have the nerve to deny because they couldn't have access to our banks account (no bank will have a statement for current month) so we sent screen shots & soon after it was denied. SHE NEVER RAN THE CREDIT & per Nevada Law if the credit isn't ran we need a refund! There was so much confusion on what they were asking from my bank account with verifying we qualified & still asking for current bank info like my saving. We already applied to another home & approved for 2375 (way more than this one which was: 2200) The ONLY reason why we didn't get it was because of 1st come , 1st sever. They didn't even go through half the extent Kimberly was asking for in all our banks. We were confident about this with Kim/eleanor especially cause it was cheaper than what we were approved for 1st. I'm just trying to rent not take a loan ! I asked so many times before the denial to call me & trying to call her not answering it at all like literally not acknowledging it , like I never asked for a # to call so we can understand WHY does she need more banking info IF SHE ALREADY HAD STUBS/STATEMENTS we can afford 4xs the rent w. 3 applications! She never responded & we all sent screen shots from our banks (because you can't get it for the current month) she send a denial for no proof of income BUT SHE SAID WE QUALIFIED & NEVER RAN MY CREDIT (again we have an whole email chain) HOW CAN YOU EVEN DO THAT?? Of course soon as the denial came she stopped all communications. I will report complain do whatever until someone address this professionally & become accountable! Eleanor made it seem like she could make it work & Kimberly was asking us to show the $$ before even checking out We know this isn't right due to our previous home approval process for something way more them & we understood why & didn't ask for an application refund That's how I know this wasn't right. if I could give zero I would. husband and I rented a property managed by 1st priority, Duc Lu was the agent. we lived there for 2 years. during that time it became clear the owner was too cheap to make needed repairs and we decieded to move. when we left we cleaned the place from top to bottom. we filled all the nail holes and touched up what we could. in the end Duc informed us he was keeping 750 of our security for touch up paint and landscaping. 550 for touch up paint to be exact. first the home was not painted when we moved in. we did not do excessive damage and the previous tenant was there at least a year but my search shows approx 2-3 years. so in 3-5 years the home was not painted but we should pay 550 for touch up paint? also I would love actual proof of what was done to the landscaping when I have taken pics since we moved and nothing was changed. the kicker is the home was listed two days after we moved, meaning it was rental and show ready. it was on the market 9 days, rented and tenants have moved in all in a total of 21 days... so please explaint to me how keeping 750 of our security was even justified? when we moved in there were nails in the wall that were just painted over, when we left we patched all the holes. we left the place in better condition then it was given but it is not our responsibility to paint and make it ready for a new tenant. guess we will take the legal route and let them expain to the court how a home not painted in five years is the responsability of the tenant not the landlord. so if you are thinking of renting from them, I would think twice as this could be you in a few years when you move out. read more

I have tried to write this a few times and struggle to do my experience with this company justice, but try to bear with me. It's a bit of a story. First contacted Shane Nguyen in the spring of 2020. I was recovering from cancer treatment. My marriage was in its death throes. I was going to have to do something about the house. The market at that time was terrible - there wasn't enough equity in the house to make it worthwhile and I stuck it out with the spouse a few months longer and omg everything went straight to h*ll from there. In the summer things got to the point of separating. I had to call Shane again and ask for a valuation for lawyers, which he happily provided even though I told him I was going to try to keep it until the market rebounded. In the spring of this year, market was going crazy and it finally looked like a good time to sell. Of course I called Shane and he came up with a listing price and my ex just refused to accept it. I'm surprised that Shane was even willing to touch this deal at this point, considering he's been patient with us for nearly a year already. But he sticks around, lists it for what the ex insists on, and waits out another six months of no showings at ALL plus being stuck more or less as the only person who can speak to both sides of this mess. He did an amazing job that was so over and beyond what being a realtor should be. When we did finally get showings and offers, I was back in the hospital for MULTIPLE surgeries, freaking out about my dwindling income due to missing so much work, and generally concerned that I wouldn't be able to move into anywhere new because rents are insane and I was stuck in divorce limbo over what would happen with the proceeds from the sale. He worked it out with the buyer for me to stay long enough for the divorce to finalize and get the money from that settlement to buy another house. The agent he set me up with as a buying agent deserves a whole other post for himself. Shane Judge has been TIRELESSLY running all over this valley and videoing things while I was at work so I could get offers in immediately. I'm now in contract for a one of a kind dream of a place that I literally would never have had a chance at if Judge wasn't the kind of agent to go so above and beyond for his clients that he is. So here we are! A year a half later and just about everything in my life is looking up and I honestly can thank these two for a SIGNIFICANT amount of that improvement. Hire them. TLDR: You could not be any luckier to have these guys as your agents. They are devoted to seeing things work out for their clients, no matter how much of a headache it involves. These are the guys who will do the right thing and words do not exist to convey exactly how grateful I am. read more

It is really funny how when I post a review for Adrinah, it was taken down. That should tell you they have something to hide. Update...we set a time to meet Adrinah, the property manager at the house we are vacating at 12 noon today to give her the keys and the garage door openers and she didn't show but, when we text her, she answered right away. She never did plan to meet us there which I have never known a property manager to do this with a property being vacated. I just dont get it. If you want to trust your property in her hands, you will be sorry. She will take her paycheck from you but, will not perform any duties. I would have liked to give her the keys and remotes but as the entire time we have rented this house, she would never come to the house. Very poor customer service. read more

DO NOT RENT PROPERTIES FROM THIS COMPANY. I have had nothing but problems. This is my first time living alone and it has been completely unpleasant due to their property management team. First, they doubled my security deposit due to lack of renter history, understandable. Because my security deposit was so much, I asked for a thorough walk through to ensure previous damage was not blamed on me. We address things that needed to be fixed and 3 months later, not one thing has been fixed. My shower has broken 3 times and is currently broken but claims it is "acceptable" because it still turns on (her words). She did tell me just not to turn the shower too tight. When I asked for things to be fixed, she explained to me nothing is wrong with my unit and I probably just don't have money. There are wayyyyy better places to live. We have been renting from Linda Wong for 4 years and each year she makes up her own rules. This property we rent from her ( 1st Priority Realty ) is a joke. We had replaced a washer 2 months ago and it does not work this has been our 3rd in the 4 years b/c these washers and dryers are used and rented. Now my Washer does not work again and she wants to charge me a Co-Pay of $100. I have never been charged before in 4 years. She stated it is in our lease which it's not, and she asks me to pay by Zelle. 4 years as a great Tenant, last year our heater went out and tried to have the repairman ask for payment to fix it. The repairman explained to me she tries to do this to other tenants. We have not moved because we have 3 kids and it's not easy moving. This will be my last year. The agent Nga allowed my family to miss out on a house due to unprofessional behavior! My name was ran through public records, and it just so happens to be a very common name. Without using a middle initial pulled up multiple public records and before asking for proof submitted by my agent or myself submitted that to the homeowner who then denied my application! These public records were not even me! On top of that I followed all the instructions that were asked of me and STILL was denied due to the lack or proactivity from this agent. I am is shock at the negligence of this agent. Now I've lost a home for my daughters and myself and am stuck in a unhealthy environment with them. read more

We have been renting a property that is managed by 1st Priority for just under 2 years, they are absolutely horrible with communication. When we first moved in, we were told we would not need gas, a few days after moving in, we are without hot water, they sent out the handyman, and a new water heater is purchased by the owner, still no hot water, low and behold, WE DO NEED GAS AND IT WAS NEVER TURNED ON!!!!! fast forward just after a year of living here, I look through my lease and am unable to find terms for breaking the lease, I email Duc, he advises that to break the lease only written communication within 30 days of intended move out date is required. Fast forward to present day, i send an email about some issues, I am asked when I will be available, I say any time, a month goes by and no response or resolution. I sent my 30 day notice on May 1st advising May 31st will be our last day at the residence, come May 4th I am told that because my lease does not end until July 31st I will either need to pay the remaining 2 months or forfeit my deposit. How is it fair to tell a tenant at one of your properties one thing and then turn around and demand another, we are good tenants, never late with rent, keep the place in good order, better than we found it as previous tenant left crumbs causing insects and underwear in furnished dressers that we had to dispose of. So glad I have found a better realtor and will no longer have to deal with these thiefs! read more

I contacted a woman named Na (Nga Diep) off of a MLS listing for a property. Upon reaching her, after several attempts, she was rude and short with me when I inquired about viewing the property. She told me that she couldn't show me the property because it was the New Year and that she would call me back after the Holiday to see the property. Surprise, no call back. When I contacted her again to see the property it was already off the market, surprisingly since she couldn't be bothered to show it. I am severely disgusted as the property was perfect for us. First off, I work in property management and cannot believe how my parents are being treated by these people. Shame on this company. They gave my parents 30 days to vacate the home. They paid on time for the past 2 years and never had an issue. Suddenly Charles Ocate decided he no longer wants anybody living in his home. The COVID-19 issue came about this month, my father is sick and can't be around people, let alone with this virus. They reached out to Adrinah & Charles on 3/20/2020 to ask for a little more time as it's not the safest environment for them to be moving and out and about. They flat out said "no". I'm disgusted with the way they are treating them and their lack of compassion. Typically, tenants are given 60 days to vacate. They were going to make it work with 30 days, but with this whole pandemic, it's just so hard on them. My mom has to work even harder to get a deposit to put down on an apartment as my dad can't work at the moment. Luckily, her company is essential and can work at this time. Duc is extremely unprofessional, he lost my application with pertinent information such as; Name, SS number, DOB, and Address. Duc stated that the application was never received and therefore I was unable to rent the property. Later that day Duc realized he had the application the entire time however, the property was rented to someone else because my application was "never received." I am MILITARY and I did everything they asked. We rented the house even with rusty spikes sticking up in the backyard (unsafe for my children), a bent up garage door (home owner's association finally got it replaced) and NO landscaping in the back yard! My rent was direct deposited to them every month! We dealt with a stove breaking, the air conditioner breaking and the water softener breaking! Upon moving out, we HIRED carpet cleaners, wood floor people and professional house cleaners! We videotaped our walk through and the guy telling us how nice the house looked and that there would be no problem getting our deposit back! Then.. what do they do??? THEY TRY TO CHARGE OUR WHOLE DEPOSIT ON NORMAL WEAR & TEAR SUCH AS FADED PAINT AND TRY TO CHARGE US FOR PROFESSIONAL CLEANERS AFTER WE ALREADY HIRED PROFESSIONALS ...
