This is such a cute little thrift/vintage shop that we happened to stumble into. It's part of a little strip mall with a vet, groomers, nail shop, hair place and coffee shop. Parking can be a little struggle as it was pretty packed when we arrived. First off, right when I walked in I was greeted by the three amazing and very funny ladies. Especially the one behind the counter. She was a major hoot that we all got a laugh with. It makes the shopping experience way better. It's broken down into two different sides. The main being where there cashier is and the women's department. They also have a pretty massive selection with accessories, jewelry and shoes. Plus shoes were half off. The other section house more of the home wares stuff, trinkets, glassware, furniture, babies and men's. There were loads of dish ware. Its nice to see that the place was very neat and organized which is also a major plus when browsing through. Makes it more easy to pick something up without having to dig through piles. There's not a big selection for men and kids as it was mainly a little sections. But pretty extensive collection for chinas and crystals. Woman's had the entire section for clothing and accessories. The staff were all amazing and friendly. Such sweetheart and major dolls. Chatting with them was so fun. Found out that the money goes to different charities which makes the shopping experience more enjoyable knowing that you helped someways. I was glad to walk into a cute little shop. read more

My sister introduced me to this thrift shop. I didn't know what to expect, but was so happily surprised. It's not a huge shop, which was perfect. You don't feel overwhelmed or feel likely to miss seeing something as with overstocked shops. Items are donated by locals and all proceeds go to benefit the city's homeless and low income.They sell lots of treasures- home goods, clothing, jewelry, and furniture. Things change daily and they have special deals going on weekly. Items are very reasonably priced and the store is run by super friendly volunteers. I bought a cool 1940s nurse book for $4 and a $2 Holland America tile. Vintage at its best! read more

Was on a thrifting spree around Long Beach and found this place via Yelp. After going to more clothing specific thrifts I wanted to find a place with more trinkets and home wear and this place was it! It looks small on the outside but it had 2 big rooms/spaces inside. We had such a fun time looking at all the things from ceramic figures, dinner sets, bags, posters, jewelry to curated brand clothing, shoes, and bags. We were surprised how reasonable everything was priced we left with some pretty silver necklaces and cute knick knacks. There was a set of glass cups that I need to go back for! The women at the register were so nice and we had a fun conversation about their upcoming events and sales. The store has a lot of personality, quaint and cozy, and the staff are the sweetest people! They have a large variety of quality clothing, antiques, and knickknacks, all at a very affordable price. I was deeply entranced by the dinnerware. They all had very intricate, gorgeous patterns that I haven't seen at other stores. Driving up to it, I thought it was one of those shabby chic or Victorian type of Antique store - which can get pricey. However, I was curious and walked in anyways, it was hit! But let me be upfront, if your looking for those young, trendy, hipster or boho rags, you might not much of that here. Since I'm a mom, it suits me fine and I love that old school 80s/90s mom look. They have plus sizes too! Smaller selection for men, plus shoes and some home goods, small furniture, decor, etc. Prices were very reasonable and it goes to a good cause. Accessible parking too. I found this place today by searching Yelp for "Best thrift store in Long Beach". What a great find! This has the "Ladies who Lunch" vibe and quality of the Assistance League, on a much smaller scale. Nice offerings of clothing, shoes, jewelry, books, and various vintage knickknacks. The prices are outstanding! Many of the clothing items are $3. They have a dollar rack, and most designer items are under $20. It doesn't smell funny, and the volunteers are very nice. After a YEAR AND A HALF of living in LB I have FINALLY found a thrift store!! Not a fan of secondhand shops that says they are a thrift store yet charges $15-25 for a clothing item. I strongly believe that if you are going to a secondhand shop you shouldn't be paying more than $10 otherwise just go to H&M or Forever 21. Location: is on the corner of Clark and Atherton. Which helps with their store name. Haha. The area is pretty run down and you might not be able to spot it right away but it is the first store on the corner in the little plaza to your left if you are facing it. It's just a 15 minute walk down Clark from my house so it really could not be more perfect. Interior: it is pretty small and narrow but it is very aesthetic and pleasing to a true thrift shopper. They have a good variety of just about everything. What they have: The front is filled with items home decor, tea sets, books, candles, and etc. the right side has women's tops. And to the back you'll find a good selection of skirts, dresses, jeans, guys clothes to the left, bags and shoes to the back. Service: the ladies who work there are SUPER sweet. If you get a chance to speak to Donna or Jane, they were very friendly and helpful. They have an awesome stamp card (looked at attached photo) that offers discounts and such. What I got: their jeans are currently $2.99!!!! So I got a pair of jeans for basically $3 that was in perfect mint condition. Also got a cute floral print maxi length skirt for $6! Definitely recommend for people who are looking for a good thrift store, great service, and cheap prices that really define an excellent secondhand shop! read more

It's easy to get lost in here! There's a LOT of clothes, books, collectibles, accessories, and small furniture packed neatly into such a small space. The volunteers do an amazing job at organizing the shop and keeping the prices fair. Plus, your money is going to a great cause! I especially recommend this shop for young people looking for work-appropriate clothing. I got a couple of brand-new/gently used Philosophy tops here for just under $20! I like that they keep the original price tags on (when possible) so you can see how much you're saving. Tip: Check their Facebook page for when they have sales. I come here to donate clothing and household items. Everything gets processed and determined to sell or be given directly to the COA clothing bank. All net proceeds go towards supporting the low income and homeless. The place is decorated so cute, so clean and the price are great. The stock changes over quickly so there's always something new. Pretty disappointed in my recent trip to this thrift store. The past two times I went the workers were very kind and chatty. Unfortunately this last time one worker was very rude. There was a box on the ground with things inside that had price tags. When I was looking through it she came over and kicked the box out of my hands and said those items were for "them" I didn't mind being told they weren't for sale but the way she handled it made me feel like she thought I was stealing. On top of that she accused me of not having a number to get in, which I did. They have some nice things but after that experience I'd rather go somewhere else than face that woman again. read more
