Interesting store. I've never been here so I thought I'd walk in and check it out. There weren't any employees available to welcome me or even explain anything to me. I walked around the area on the left and saw some cute baby clothes and outside table. The prices weren't great. I then noticed a customer scanning the price of the outside table with her phone. She was nice enough to explain that I needed to download the app and then scan. Well - I don't need anymore apps so I walked over to the right side of the store. This side had large bins full of stuff. You name it, it is probably there if you want to dig. On this particular day, everything was $2. I did purchase a Fanny belt for my iPhone. Upon returning to my car, I washed my hands. Maybe wear gloves if you want to do some serious digging! Not a place I'd race back to. read more

Really sad seeing this go downhill. I used to find great things and now it is mostly dollar store items even on a Saturday when it should be the cream of the crop. Not sure what is going on but there is less bins every time I go. They are not stacking the bins so you can easily dig anymore. Now they are on the the ground and really really hurts your back to dig. I am seeing less and less people shopping. Looks like I need to check out one of the other locations. read more

It's pretty filthy inside and the left side of the store (where they sell individual pieces of merchandise that are priced out) is INCREDIBLY overpriced. Way over prices of any regular grocery store. However, you do find some cool stuff. It's similar to going to the Goodwill bins but with new stuff. A lot of it is crap, but it can be worth it to go especially if you use unconventional materials for art supplies. I make miniatures and have found some awesome stuff for super cheap. It's definitely not for everyone and you should probably bring a pair of gloves and a set of headphones to block out the incredibly loud noise, but it's a fun place to sort through things for an hour! read more

I found a 15$ running belt with 2 water bottles and also a nice dog harness for only 5$ each, taking care of a trip to Dicks Sporting Goods or on Amazon. They were among the empty boxes of whatever in a bin somewhere in Its 5$. Yes I will totally sanitize the water bottles in the dishwasher. Maybe twice. Apparently, someone bought a Chromebook this morning. I didn't see anything close to a Chromebook. Granted I did see a blow dryer hair Bush ...WITH Tangled hair included. Like did someone try it out in the store? I also found VR glasses, with a wire hanging out of them. Many empty boxes abound. I got a little excited when I saw a security camera in a box until I noticed the bottom was in the bottom of the bin. Bin after bin of cr--oh I mean stuff you'd not want in your house. Yep I had to go to the bottom of the bin from hell to say, "oh, there's a running belt and it's nice." I was the lucky one. You may not be so lucky among the bins. This is a horrible store ,awful. I when coming to the door and I was told to put my purse into a bag in which then locked. I took a picture of this bag and was this was truly offended that someone would put my purse in this nasty bag as if to say I was some sort of a thief. I took pictures of this nasty dirty place that smell we were just there to look for some sort of storage. This was an insult I can see if I had done anything to warrant this behavior but I had not. This the lady said with coworkers that that is just their policy. I said they will never have to worry about me coming in to that place again. I would rather spend more money than to be treated horribly in any nasty, dirty discount store like this! read more

This is an interesting store and it's all about patience. If you dont mind a lot of people and like the mystery of what you might find in one of the bins, then this place is for you. You cant expect to find the gems, but when you find something you find valuable, it will be worth it. The negatives is that it is ultimately an unclean process with lots of broken products, empty or torn up boxes and you will want to wash your hands upon leaving. read more

So I look at my card statement and come to find out my card was charged almost $50 on a day that I was not even at this store but was their previously 4 days earlier and that's what my card got charged for twice don't know how many times this has happened so hopefully people are looking at their card statements and making sure that they're not being charged and extra amount every time they go to this damn store read more

We visit these bin stores often and this one has gone way way downhill. Full of empty boxes and broken trash. Really disappointing since they used to be pretty good and we had just visited the Claycomo location and it was good for the $4 day. Even though you have to sort through every bin in the store, you are always gonna find something amazing. I love when they have their daily deals, such as 5 items for $5 or 2 for $5. Definitely a must place you gotta check out. read more

A lot of these bad reviews don't seem to understand the nature of the store. It's a store that sells Amazon returns and discarded target merchandise, basically. it's all out a very affordable price, and it's an experience going in and sorting through the bins. One person said it's not the place to go if you want to social distance, and that's true, there's really no way to have a store like this with social distancing, but it's 100% worth it. I found a ton of great stuff here, you just have to be willing to get your hands a little bit dusty. Great place :-) read more

Definitely a little gem outside of KC that was fun to go to. We went right after their truck came in with new returns from Amazon so we saw the mad rush and lots of cool new items. Everyone was wearing masks, but you're all touching the same things in the shipping bins and clearly digging through things. I can't imagine that it is much less busy on other days as the prices drop. The pictures are some of the stuff we found on our excursion. Obviously there's tons of other stuff and it changes weekly, but there are some good finds! read more

Buyer beware especially if you are reselling. I just got hit with my 2nd copyright infringement lawsuit both stemming from merchandise I purchased at Retail Rebel. It appears much of their merchandise is counterfeit and there is no way to tell by looking at it. I've made several attempts to speak with someone there and my calls and messages have gone unanswered. while they are cashing in, unsuspecting customers are being sued by large companies. Be cautious of what you buy. I have posted on their FB page and all of my posts have been removed by RR. i suspect they are very aware of what they are selling!!! read more

This used to be more fun...they have now started measuring your bag/purse and you can't come in with anything larger than a wallet (actually they made me leave my wallet in my car because it was too big). It's stupid because my wallet is so packed already I cant imagine being able to put anything else in there. But ironically I was able to wear my sweatshirt with the large front pouch pocket which would definitely hold more stuff if I was planning to steal something. Seriously? The quality has declined too over the last year or so...now there is so much torn up and broken stuff in every bin it's just gross. And even when you go on a Saturday there is just junk. You might find a treasure every now and then but good luck. Used to be better and more fun. Also, I wish they would open earlier or at least open the non-bin side earlier, they would get more business on that side if they did. read more

I found several Apple Watch bands for a buck and a quarter that originally retailed for $20 or more. The store itself is dirty and messy. The checkout area is fairly efficient. I walk in nothings a issue past the woman sitting at the door 2 woman that work here are bragging about my 2 in 1 car seat stroller Donna car seat they said it was perfectly fine as which it doesn't have an underneath basket. I try an make my life simpler when going shopping by myself but here's a store for you that will take your independence away from you when you get the routine down with a child and have a Donna car seat stroller. I walk in with my two year old in her stroller and was greeted by an employee. As I'm rolling throughout the store, I find tons of things. After about 20mins of being inside the store and being greeted by many employees, the store manger Brent, tells me I can't have a stroller inside. The stroller is very small, and has zero compartment to store anything. But not only was in convenient for my 2 year old to be in her stroller but it was also COVID SAFE rather then putting her in their rusted basket with tons of germs on them. He then asked me if I wanted to pay for my things before leaving, which i stated NO because I wasn't even finish shopping and then I felt like I was being racially profiled. I wish I could post the stroller to showcase how it's built and how you could literally put nothing in it but the child. read more

Went to check the store out but they said my purse was too big and couldn't bring it in. It's an average sized, 10x12 ladies purse. They had a sign with a blue square about half the size of my purse and any purse couldn't be any bigger than that. An oversized purse or bag I could see a problem with. I'm going to have to spread the word to my other Yelp elite friends! I work in Belton so I have the privilege to come here more often than my friends back in the Westport/Plaza area. Really cool finds and it's just a big Black Friday treasure hunt every weekend! I've gotten items that were well priced over 5 dollars FOR 5 dollars! There was a Panasonic hairdryer valued at 100 dollars that I bought there which I used every day. I LOVE their beauty and skin products! You can find brand names like Davines, Kevin Murphy and Aveda. There are LOTS of Apple Watch bands too that I've bought. The best find was probably my boyfriends when he picked up a bathtub faucet valued at 450 dollars!!!! You find such neat things here and it's always different every week. Best part is that they give you sneak peaks of their items on their Facebook page every Thursday! Oh did I mention how AWESOME their staff is?! Everyone is just so NICE and helpful!!!! I can just take them home with me!! read more

don't shop at these stores. they don't stand behind anything they sell. no exchanges and no refunds is their policy. they will tell you the item has to be tested before you leave the store. we purchased sealed cooking spray and one of the bottles stopped spraying and all the propellant came out. they refused to exchange or refund. they have zero customer service and are rude when you ask them anything. we will never shop there again. read more
