Vista wanted $489 out of pocket for one pair. WTH? Plus my Costco frames were Jill Stewart and are still as good as new so I only bought replacement lenses for my main pair.

What makes this experience even more frustrating is the lack of communication. No one called us with an update or explained that there was a delay. We had to call them ourselves after waiting a month, only to find out the glasses still weren't ready. These aren't just ordinary glasses for my wife. She needs the prism lenses, and while we've been waiting she has been dealing with severe headaches. That's why getting these glasses was important to us in the first place. Delays can happen--I understand that. What I don't understand is promising roughly two weeks, letting more than a month pass, and not contacting the customer with an update. When someone's health and quality of life depend on getting the correct prescription glasses, communication and follow-through matter. Based on our experience, I am extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend this place! Horrible!

What I love about them, is the ease in making appointments (you can make your next years appointment at the current appointment), pre-check-in processes, and the efficiency once you are actually at your appointment. I have never had to wait, which feels like the norm for medical services. I am always treated kindly and respectfully during screenings/x-rays and they get you in and out. We then called the Alignment Health Insur Co and was told Alignment pays the 'FULL' amount and put me on hold while the made the phone call to Radiology Ltd's BILLING PERSON!!! To make it 'CLEAR' Alignment pays for everything!!! Alignment came back on the line and advised it was taken care of with the billing representative for Radiology Ltd. All seemed good. BUT!!! ...Yesterday!!! We got the 'BILL' in the mail again. I called Radiology LTD again, but now they have many calls that are routed to another country. So requested to speak to a U.S. Office, ...finally got through to one..., and explained the issue. That Radiology Rep did find where 'their' payment from ALIGNMENT INSURANCE WAS MISHANDLED BY RADIOLOGY LTD AND SHE SAID SHE CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED THEIR ( Radiology Ltd's ) ERROR. But today, a day later!!! we get a USPS NOTICE to SIGN FOR A COLLECTION LETTER FROM RADIOLOGY LTD. So will call Alignment and Radiology Ltd ''AGAIN' and try to get them to communicate!!! Done for now and will update later!!! Okay, just got off the phone with ALIGNMENT, they said they sent an EOB to Radiology Ltd on 1/12/2026. Radiology Ltd asked for the EOB ON 1/11/2026. So it seems like a hand shake was made. Plus alignment said they sent it to all the possible FAX numbers they had for Radiology Ltd, but possibly Radiology Ltd has yet another FAX NUMBER TO FORWARD MY WIFE's coverage to. She was professional, caring, and provided great service. The only issue I have is with the lady at the front desk, whose name I believe is Lorena. She came across as very rude, although that may simply be her personality. Unfortunately, I had two separate interactions with her within the past week, and both left me with the same impression. On another occasion, I brought my son in after he was hit in the face with a basketball and busted his lip. I called ahead to ask about the wait time and explained the situation. Lorena told me that if he needed to be seen, I would need to come in and wait. I understand that wait times can change, but I simply asked whether there were a lot of people waiting at that time so I could make an informed decision about whether to come in immediately or consider my options. She told me that she would not provide that information and repeated that I would need to come in and wait if he needed to be seen. I want to emphasize that the medical care and service I received were great. My concern is specifically with the customer service and friendliness at the front desk. A little more patience, kindness, and willingness to communicate would make a big difference. I will absolutely return if I need to, because I was pleased with the care provided. However, first impressions matter, and for some people, that first interaction can be the lasting impression of a facility. I hope this feedback can be used constructively to improve the overall patient experience.

The care was fine, but hubby broke his toe at work and they gave him a post op flat boot, we had to ask for extra tape, and they didn't say anything about crutches. We had to ask for pain meds too.
