I didn't refuse I said waited 2 plus hours and left they said 2 hours is average wait time and they would no longer see me. He zapped my left eye 16 times, 3 days after my left eye retina dropped. I remember I nearly had heart attack, rushed to Dr. Warden office, I was crying whole time, as fear of going totally blind. In 3 hours I had my surgery. After surgery in recovery room dr. Warden came, seemed angry, said 2 weeks ago I CHECKED YOUR RETINA WAS FINE WHAT HAPPENED? THERE WAS 6 HOLES I HAD TO REPAIRE. I am 80 years old and needed the assistance for several years. About 10 days before surgery I got a phone call from the office saying the office no longer offered financial assistance so I would have to pay over $300 on day of surgery. I cannot afford to pay that amount. I was very upset as I had waited for this surgery for so long and now they were calling to say they didn't have financial assistance anymore. Osetinsky once, he managed to convince me to use laser machine and clear minor cloud behind my Lens (in Cataract surgery natural lens replaced with a lens that can get cloudy). Dr. Osetinsky laser machine looked old was set behind front desk and frankly I was skeptical of what he was doing was a right thing for my only good eye. I am truly upset and disappointed with our experience at Eye Doctors of Everett. This visit was for…read moremy child, and from start to finish it was extremely frustrating and stressful. Even with a scheduled appointment, we waited over 45 minutes, and the front desk staff was rude and dismissive instead of apologetic. When we finally saw the doctor, the appointment felt rushed and careless. I did not feel confident in the results at all, and I left worried that my child's prescription might not even be correct. When I immediately asked to cancel the glasses order the same day, I was flatly refused with no clear explanation. What made this even worse was the complete lack of communication afterward. I called multiple times the same day and again the next day, but no one answered the phone or returned my calls. As a parent, being ignored when you are concerned about your child's vision is unacceptable. This experience caused a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety.
