The exam was quick and easy, without the dreaded limbo. You know what I mean? "2... 1.... no 2... uh, can you go back to 1? 2 again?" I could clearly tell the difference between the lenses in all but a few circumstances, and those took all of a few seconds to resolve. He asked a bunch of questions, gave me the right contact lenses, provided some sample eye drops, and now my eyes feel better than ever. On top of that, he also recommended blue light reflective lenses for my glasses which helped out a lot in preventing strain from staring at a computer screen for too long. Check him out if you can. Even with a scheduled appointment, we waited over 45 minutes, and the front desk staff was rude and dismissive instead of apologetic. When we finally saw the doctor, the appointment felt rushed and careless. I did not feel confident in the results at all, and I left worried that my child's prescription might not even be correct. When I immediately asked to cancel the glasses order the same day, I was flatly refused with no clear explanation. What made this even worse was the complete lack of communication afterward. I called multiple times the same day and again the next day, but no one answered the phone or returned my calls. As a parent, being ignored when you are concerned about your child's vision is unacceptable. This experience caused a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety. I trusted this clinic with my child's eye care and left feeling unheard, dismissed, and deeply disappointed. I would never return and strongly warn other parents to look elsewhere.

The surgery process was smooth and well-performed by the entire staff. Dr. Lueth was encouraging and informative throughout the entire procedure, and I had zero worries. Everett Optometry Clinic is an independent clinic which means they are not affiliated with the Everett Clinic or Providence (no MyChart). Dr. Kahsai is an in-network provider for Premera Blue Cross. Dr. Kahsai is patient, thorough and detailed in is exams and explanations. Everett Optometry Clinic bills my insurance company on my behalf. Preventative eye and vision exams are billed at $301. Everett Optometry Clinic offers the latest in technology, from the exams to their hardware. Frames are expensive; however, the frames are trendy, unique and tres chic. I absolutely adore all of my frames that I have purchased (I have quite a few). The cost of my frames this year was $450 + $351 for the lenses. Lenses are well worth the cost due to the advanced technology. I was amazed at the difference between the lenses purchased here and the lenses purchased at Costco (same RX too). Allow about 7-10 business days for glasses to be ready for pick-up. Each pair of glasses comes with a hard case (except Oakley's). Each pair of glasses also comes with a micro-fiber cloth and a small bottle of cleaner In the event that I need an adjustment or pads added to my glasses, I know that I can drop into Everett Optometry Clinic free of charge for my adjustments. Silver Lake ECC was able to get me in quickly and were ready for me upon my arrival. The tech who did the initial scans was helpful, polite, and thorough. Then my time with Dr. Tan was also fantastic. She was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I understood every aspect of my diagnosis with no sense of urgency or pressure. Lastly, they had a nice variety of frames from which to choose my new sets of glasses, ranging from moderate to fairly expensive. If you're looking for cheap in this department, I'd recommend Costco, but I wanted something stylish and lasting with new, progressive-lens technology. Again, there was no pressure to purchase there, but my frame selection and fitting processes were polite, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a new eye doctor, and wish I had switched sooner. Kudos on a great team, from front of office, all the way through the process.
