I was completely shocked by my experience here as I picked it based on the many perfect reviews. Kimberly was very nice, but she did my eyebrows at least two shades darker than we discussed. She agreed that it was way too dark and cited some problem with the dye she had mixed up, basically saying she had an idea something was wrong with her formulation before she even put it on me. THEN WHY. WOULD. YOU USE IT?? Or not tweak the timing to avoid a disaster like this??? Not the decision-making you want from someone working on your face. Skincare can be overwhelming, and I didn't really know what my problem areas were or what I should be doing. Michelle walked me through her recommendations and was full of tips. During the service, I found her to be a great combination of friendly but relaxing, and I left the appointment with literally glowing skin. I found her rates very fair for the quality of work. I also appreciated that when I asked for product recommendations, nothing was anymore that what I would expect at Sephora (some things even less!) and nothing was pushed on me. I love Kimberly and her amazing way of making this overworked mom relax and enjoy the moment. I got the basic facial which was the perfect amount of chill combined with extractions. Next time I'm definitely get a peel cuz the winter months are all about repair. I didn't think I was going to walk out with permed lashes but I went for it and I love them. I have the tiniest little lashes that I tend to put 5 coats of mascara on so I can see them and give my eyes more definition but this permed and dyed lash thing is a game changer. If you're on the fence about getting extensions I'd say to give this treatment a try before going there because sometimes all you need is a little pop of color and a curl job. I am so delighted to have found an esthetician who is loving and kind in her approach to skin care and even self care for that matter. Kim, who is now one of the owners of this salon, takes care of my skin as if it were her own. She is passionate about women and making them feel comfortable in their own skin. She got me on track and shifted my regime to a line that has been a game-changer! Even better, she achieves these results without using anything harsh and chemical; the products she uses and recommended for my home use are gentle and restorative.
