It was a lot of fun, not very challenging but of course, our group made it competitive. After putting, we did the go-karts, which was also a lot of fun! Some of the guys' karts were slow, which was probably a good thing. They also have an arcade area, which was nice and cool since it was quite warm and muggy outside during the time we were there. The bathrooms were clean. We didn't try any of their food while there, but they had ice cream! Overall a good place to hang with a large group, good for families with kids, or adults that want to have fun like kids :D

But somehow, every time we had a problem, someone was there ready to fix it like we had just activated the Bat-Signal. And they did it with a smile, even though it was VERY obvious they were running around like their lives depended on it. Trace, the Bar/Floor Manager, was clearly doing the work of approximately 47 people at once, and yet somehow still had time to be attentive, kind, and sociable with us. I genuinely don't know how he was doing it. Man was everywhere. Craig and Colton, the Floor Managers, were also fantastic. Every time we had a question or concern, they helped us without ever making us feel like we were interrupting their already chaotic Saturday night. And then Timothy, Trenton, and Austin were equally awesome! At this point, I'm convinced they don't actually hire employees here -- they recruit people who have an unusually high tolerance for chaos and an Olympic-level ability to remain cheerful. The funniest part is that the couple of issues we ran into were almost worth it because we got to interact with all of these guys, joke around, and laugh with them. They somehow managed to turn "well, this game isn't working" into "well, at least we're having a great time." That's customer service done RIGHT. And seriously, HUGE credit to all of them for keeping that kind of energy on a Saturday night. It was busy, and I'm sure a couple of things were going sideways, and I'm sure everyone was running on approximately 3% battery -- yet they were still friendly, patient, and genuinely fun to be around. Rock the eff on, dudes!! You guys deserve ALL the praise. Seriously. Give these men a raise, a trophy, a vacation, and maybe a medically supervised nap. Thank you again for everything!! You made the experience unforgettable, and we genuinely had a blast because of you guys!

They're listed in the Wisconsin Old Fashioned passport, so we were able to get bogo old fashioned cocktails. We opted for bourbon and were pleased when she offered us any bourbon they stock (as we had expected with the deal, to only be offered rail). They're a barcade so it's not like they have an expansive bourbon list but we were pleased to be able to get Woodford. Our cocktails were beautifully made in the Wisconsin style (except with bourbon not brandy). They were everything a Wisconsin old fashioned ought to be and more. We played some pinball, pacman, and frogger and had a blast. If I were to make one tiny suggestion, it would be to have more strategically placed tables--we were constantly trying to find somewhere to put our drinks while playing. They do have some tables to sit at (as well as the bar itself) and after we were done with video games we enjoyed a couple games of cribbage while finishing up our cocktails. Get to it!

They only have something like 3 bounce houses. $36 for 2 kids, and one not to jump was pricey. It is $18 per person (4 and older) on the weekends, cheaper if you go on a weekday. The Arcade... So, apparently, a good deal, 100 tokens for $20. So, we split the tokens 50/50. I was shocked when my child was frustrated because a ticket based arcade did not work, and we realized it required 4 tokens! The number of machines that required 4 tokens seemed to be in the majority. Most places we have been to, the higher token machines were typically the race car driving machines, where machines that give tickets typically range in the 1-2 token family group. Now, I saw that someone mentioned that the arcade accepted 1-4 tokens, I did not find (on 4/25/2025 any that accepted only 1 token. Not saying that they were not there... I just did not find them. I did find a few that accepted 2 tokens or 3 tokens though. They do have some sort of bowling game that required 8 tokens in the back corner. While we were there yesterday, on a Saturday afternoon, it was really quite empty, we did not see anyone working the concession area at all. Thankfully, we brought water bottles. While there I did see a frustrated parent who paid $14 (children 3 and under rate), because the bounce houses were geared toward that age group. Overall - over priced.

Games are mostly organized by type, so all of your racing games are together, shooters, etc., which is nice for the most part, but can make mounting and dismounting some of the racers a bit tricky or have you slightly closer to a stranger than you would prefer. Most games were in good repair, though a few were not so good, such as House of the Dead 4. Would have preferred a bit more in terms of snacks and beverages to allow me to stay longer and play a bit more, but I'll just prepare better next time!
