Bozeman airport only has two restaurants, and the alternative was closed at 5pm so we ended up…read morehere. I was in the mood to absolutely demolish a burger, so I was set on my decision upon entry. I was a bit shocked to see that their burger only came with one 1/4 patty, that's a fairly small burger. So I elected to add an extra patty on that thang (don't judge me). There was no sort of selection as far as how to cook the burger, so it ended up being a bit dry for my liking. It was supposed to be your traditional bbq / blue cheese style burger, but I don't think there was any sauce on it once I got it. Of course I made my own with the condiments provided (nice work having cholula, I have no idea why places carry traditional Tabasco from the pre-historic days). This restaurant is perfectly serviceable, especially for a small airport. The side salad and regular salad are actually surprisingly decent for what you would expect too. I just think there's a few things that they can easily adjust to make the burger much better.

So while I wait for that other thing, I shouldn't have to wait for anything else. And that's one of the reasons I love this spot. Really good service, good enough food and a good selection of local taps. I've never had a bad experience with the food. I've never had anything less than amazing service.

We have driven past so many times and didn't even this place existed. We are so glad someone told…read moreus to try it! It was insanely busy, there were people everywhere waiting for their lunch. Our food was delicious I really enjoyed the turkey bacon club- wouldn't change anything. My husband had the muffetta & enjoyed the flavor the only comment he had was that it was very oily and could have used a little less, even eating it with the wrapper on, oil leaked out onto his jeans. Overall we enjoyed our experience & would love to come back, their donuts looked delicious as well! The only thing we noticed is the flow of the restaurant could be improved so it's not so chaotic, people don't really know where to go - it seems like the ordering spot should be at the other end rather than having people cut across the restaurant and tables where people are eating & they don't know where to line up- like I said it was very crowded but we will be back the food is great- just wish the flow of the place was more organized for a better experience.

Beef Tallow Donuts?! Say less…read more Lone Peak Provisions donuts have been popping up on my Instagram feed forever. It feels like everyone and their mamas were getting these donuts except me! Well, that didn't last long because I finally got my hands on them and they're so good! There are a few donut places in town but this sure stands out. Fried in beef tallow, these donuts fill your craving for a guilty pleasure without giving you that almost regrettable feeling after you eat them. They offer a nice variety of flavors but my stand outs have to be the original glazed, Nutella, and huckleberry. I thought I would really love the creme brulee but the cream inside had a strange sour tang to it that my palette did not enjoy. If you don't have a sweet tooth, Lone Peak Provisions also serves up very tasty smashburgers and beef tallow fries! A very reliable lunch spot for sure.
