A beautiful piece of furniture in my house was torn up by my adorable young kitten (she apparently…read morethought it was a scratch pad) so I did my research as always and I was so happy to find Ignacio at I & A Quality Upholstery. I ordered the new "scratch resistant" fabric that was needed to cover both arms on my piece of furniture. Ignacio was very nice and highly professional. He came out to my home and carefully placed my furniture piece in his van. Ignacio asked me what fabric color I would like to use for the trim which was very thoughtful of him. He did an amazing job of removing the damaged fabric and replacing it with my new fabric. He brought my re-upholstered furniture back to my home about 2 weeks later. Now my cat can enjoy her "furniture scratch pad routine" without doing any visible damage to it! Ignacio's professional fees to perform these specialized services were very reasonable. I booked and called Anthony despite reading all these negative reviews on here because as with most…read morereviews....it's a bunch of either trolls or people who ask to speak with the manager often. Anthony was AWESOME. Initially he gave me a 2 week turnaround for a sleeper loveseat and chaise lounge. I had my own fabric. Found it on sale on Fabric.com He quoted me at $460 for BOTH. Wuuuuut. Every other place I called quoted me at least double that. So I figured what the heck. He came and picked it up with his brother. I mentioned that the pieces were a little wobbly. He said he could fix that, no big deal. He finished one week early and they look AWESOME!!!! He brought them to me! So on top of the great price, he delivered, AND they look great. So mute the trolls. Anthony was the bomb.

Do not use this company unless you like giving away your hard earned money. The owner assured me…read morethat he would refinish my wood table and chairs by Thanksgiving 2017. Instead he let an inexperienced worker complete the work and he didn't know the difference between a wood table versus a veneer table. They didn't sand the niches, dents or scratches out of the table instead they just painted over it with a lacquer or stain and said it was complete. I then told the owner not to touch the table and I was coming to pick it up. Only then did he try to sand the scratches and niches out of the table but at this point I no longer had confidence in their ability to complete the job. I had to place a deposit of half the price on the job. I was willing to pay for the chairs that they re-upholstered but felt they owed me monies on the table they didn't know how to complete. The owner wasn't willing to give me back any of my money. Don't use this company as they are out to get your money, provide horrible craftsmanship and have no customer service. I will be telling everyone I know to stay clear of this shop. For someone who has been in business for over 40+ years they do horrible work or either it's time for them to retire. Also, run the Anthony's Custom Upholstery shop so don't be fool by the different names as they are run by the same owner.
