We recently bought a replacement bezel for my wife's watch, so yesterday we stopped by to see if they could swap it over for us. When we asked if this was a service they could provide, not only were they friendly and attentive, the jeweler took it to his workbench and returned with the watch sporting its new bezel in only a few minutes. When we asked "how much?", he informed me that there would be no charge. Now I'm not trying to say that they won't charge you for any kind of servicing of your jewelry (our need was a quick & simple one), just that their friendliness and professionalism was exemplary and it has certainly won our future business.

This business has ALL five star reviews. Isaias (owner) actually helped me find new steer tires for our motorhome. Am (was) a diehard Michelin guy, but with Smart Choice help and a little research, decided to go with Toyo as $500/tire cheaper and same spec's & warranty. Since they 'age out' before the 'wear out' doesn't make sense and reviews on the Toyo were great. (We'll be putting 5000 miles on them shortly so we'll know). Isaias was patient and delivered & installed on-site VERY competitive to the other places. He also ensured the manufacture date was recent. Great service and helpful. He helped us save 50% vs. Midas and he helped us get the actual Toyota parts. It wasn't an easy job, took him a bit longer but he stood by his estimate, did some extra work and fixed our car for emissions. I love that he provides different options, let's us know good parts to get, what he'd do and given what we use the car for. Will use him again and he did it all in our driveway.
