They sold us a vehicle with a leaking engine oil pan and leaking shocks -- issues that clearly should have been caught before selling the car. When we brought this up, we were told they would fix any "major issue." Yet when we presented documentation, instead of taking responsibility, John Mudd claimed the GM report was fake. Calling an official GM diagnostic report "fake" instead of standing behind what you sell is beyond unprofessional -- it's dishonest. If a dealership refuses to acknowledge legitimate mechanical defects and tries to discredit official documentation, that tells you everything you need to know about how they operate. John's post purchase arrogance is beyond reasonable. He couldn't even honor his word even after acknowledging via text that the issues were valid.
