Beware of these apartments nice cosmetic job! But the plumbing is horrible! The first floor units constantly have plumbing issues my kitchen sink has constantly stayed backed up i call maintenance all the time! They are over priced and charge you so many extra fees with in the rent you pay for valet trash only for them to come only 4 days a week. Ppl put trash out in the middle of the hallways. Also my apartment has flooded two times due to the plumbing upstairs my clothes and furniture were damaged because of it! The office never answers the phone so good luck with that! read more

Imagine.. it's 8 am in the morning. You gotten out of bed. Taken a shower, brush your teeth and grabbed your coat and head out the door to go to work. Only to be shocked that your car is gone. Yep! this happened to me. I just moved to the Revel on the Cumberland January 22nd 2020. I was so happy to move here at first. I loved the layout and the location it was in. I have only been here for 4 weeks and let me tell you what they don't tell you when you about to sign that lease. My car was parked out front of my apartment and it was towed from "Indy Finest" which the IRONY. Any-case, I had my permit in my dashboard. I didn't have it stuck on the window due to me getting a new car in a few weeks. So put it on the dashboard. It fell into the top of dash board. I didn't noticed it till I came from the towing place. Today 2/20/2020 is when it happen. I went to the office and they was closed all day. I had to call the emergency maintenance to find where my car was. The office people is no help. They told me that there is parking spaces when I have moved in.Guess what ? That is a lie. I live on the first floor. I can hear my neighbors in the morning, mid afternoon, evening,early morning. The apartment complex was so quick for us to sign the lease they failed to tell me where the mailbox is. Failed to tell me who and when trash is taken. I only found out through looking at my neighbors. My bill from this month is 200-300 dollars. I have been many others apartments this one is the most expensive apartment I have ever lived at. I do not recommend this apartment complex for you to call home. We pay $1300 a month and for what you get it's completely overpriced. Not to mention our energy bill is through the roof every month because of the appliances being terrible at saving energy. We've had our front door handle fall off twice just for them to come back and fix the broken one instead of just replacing the whole thing in its entirety. Everything you see on these other reviews about thin walls? Yeah they are PAPER thin! I hear anything and everything coming from my side neighbor and upstair neighbors apartments. If you enjoy listening to other people's piss hitting the toilet water from up above you, you'll be sure to enjoy this apartment! I don't even wanna get started on the parking lot issues but here we go. They implemented parking permits to everyone that lives here because there was absolutely no parking in this complex. Hoping it would help everyone so that they would have a spot to park in by their apartment. Well, it doesn't work and in my opinion it was a completely idiotic idea. Anybody with a brain would realize that there is just flat out not enough parking for how many people live in this complex. Whoever built and constructed this apartment just didn't make enough parking space for how many people they have living here. You'll most likely be parking far away from your home like 70% of the community that lives here! The staff will put on a smiling face in the beginning but once you sign and have a leasing agreement with them the smiles start to fade and you see that this apartment complex is just money hungry and isn't worth your time! BEWARE. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! IF YOU DO, HAVE A LAWYER READY!! My boyfriend and I recently (June 13th) moved out of the Reveal on Cumberland in Fishers, IN and made sure to follow proper apartment cleaning protocol. For our record keeping, I made sure to record an in depth video of the entire apartment upon leaving. We had a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with carpet only in the bedroom/closet area. A few weeks after we had moved out, we only received $49 back from our $200 deposit. When I had emailed the complex/management on why, they accused us of having carpet damage. So, I asked for photo proof that was time and date stamped. It took them 4 days to send us a photo (no time or date stamp included) that was only of a corner of a room with the camera directed towards the carpet. Ironically enough, I recognized that where the outlets lay in the photo, did NOT match the actual apartment room's outlets. Of course, I have video proof. When I asked them why they sent a false photo of proof of a completely different room, they demanded that I send my lawyer to further email them. WELL, I contacted a lawyer and am currently sorting everything out. This apartment complex is run by a bunch of thieves. They have been dragging this issue for over a month and a half now and I just want anyone and everyone to know that expect this to happen again. I am not the first. I know a few more previous tenants that had this exact same issue with the Reveal on Cumberland, lead by Steadfast management, and they got their money back after hiring a lawyer. I lived in reveal on Cumberland and within leasing. My car was been towed in this community. I have reported plate before, and has the community permit, and parked in the correct place. They refused to reimburse it. MY main complaint is that they mentioned they renewed the parking permit, but I never received these notice. When they towed my vehicle, there is no alert. Currently living here. The valet trash is a little ridiculous, $25 a month plus a fee to the trash company. Usually around $3. You pay utilities, and a utility billing service fee around $5. You also pay an account setup fee when you first move in of $15. Not to mention the rent is fairly high. The apartments are nice, the grounds are kept up. Maintenance team is EXCELLENT. Nicest guys around and have your issue fixed within 48hrs or less. Wish we had the option to skip valet trash. The pool is nice, they have grills. Sometimes they are working, sometimes not. This is our first apartment experience, so we don't have a lot to compare it to. We like that it is a smaller community. Lots of dogs, and people walking around all the time. Don't usually hear any barking/see or smell poop. Pros: -nice apartments, granite counters, spacious, nice layouts, nice community, smaller size. - very close to 69, easy to get places. Cons: - if you come home late you are going to be parking a ways away from your apartment. Parking is very limited. -have to pay for someone to pickup your trash at night by your door (could be a pro for you) -seem to have extra hidden fees they don't tell you about up front. read more

Great place to live in. I used to live in Reveal back in 2017 in a one bed one bathroom apartment and I think it was over 1000 sqft. The staff was great as well as the amenities. The only reason I had to go was because of the increasing price. The unit went from $800 to almost $1000. Still one of my fav places I've lived in Indiana. read more

NO! NO! Nooooooo no no, Few things, but can't spend any more energy hating this place: - office staff is awful and NEVER available. The property manager Jon is condescending and unprofessional. - bathroom pipes backed up and flooded the apartment- I was given a fan and told to "let it dry for a few days" -energy bill was $250/mo all fall & winter. Barely used appliances and never ran my heat because of it. (Confirmed same with other units) - dog poop EVERYWHERE - car was hit in parking lot multiple times -people fight and throw things at windows in courtyards -packages consistently stolen from doorways, and there's no cameras or a package room on site to receive. - never got my own mail in my mailbox- but got 4 other peoples. -tried to charge me $2900 in damages upon move out, that when escalated to corporate were deemed "unable to validate the damage/unnecessary" and dropped- however their billing department doesn't communicate and is trying to send to collections. The apartments are pretty inside and are at a good location, but that's about the only positive comment I can give. Management doesn't take care of anything and is awful at returning phone calls. There are barely any dog waste disposals at all, so there is dog poop EVERYWHERE. People smoke cigarettes and marijuana in various areas of the complex even though it is "smoke free." The pool always has issues with it and is closed while being operated on. The trash compactor is rarely operating, so trash is always piled all over the place around it. read more

Another update is that it's the 4th of July this week and the community pool at this complex isn't open. They've been under repairs since the start of the summer. I don't get how management didn't think to inspect their pool and repair it in the spring? This is crazy to me because I moved in at the tail end of August last year when the pool was being closed for the season, and now I move out in August and who knows when the pool is going to be repaired (because the complex also doesn't know.) They're literally laying tile in it and handing out YMCA passes. i feel like I'm being cheated since I'm paying to live in a place that has a pool and I haven't been able to use the pool once since I've lived here. Maintenance team is awesome and keeps the grounds of the apartment flawless despite all the dogs and residents. However, not the best for completing apartment maintenance jobs. My biggest complaint really is reaching maintenance. Compared to other complexes, reaching the maintenance team is kind of a nightmare. They seem to be 9-5 no weekends. Basically, You call in, no one answers the phone at the front desk, so you call in again and get a call center or you leave a voicemail. No one contacts you to tell you they received your voicemail and they show up unannounced. I've had to go without a sink for 4 days because I put in a work order but they can't address it at certain hours. There's also an insane amount, hundreds of tree eating worms coming off the trees of the complex and invading my porch. When I asked the front desk (after 3 calls to reach someone) to have maintenance address it as an emergency, they told me to get my own pesticide if it's that serious. read more

I lived there from March 2018 to November 2018. I liked the laminate floors throughout and the kitchen layout. The noise was an issue because you could hear your neighbors very clearly. There were many nights I was woke by intimacy or domestic situations. When the office was notified of the noise, they said that they would rectify the situation but nothing happened. Also, the $25 valet service really made no sense. I lived right across from the dumpster so it was nothing for me to take my trash over. I left my trash outside the door several times because I felt like I had to because I was going to get charged anyway. At least having the option would have been nice. Lastly, I feel like if I didn't damage the apartment, I should get my full deposit back. Nothing was damaged and was left how it was found. Its like there are ways to keep every penny. I don't understand why this is normally the case because they've already collected thousands of dollars from you. Just let me get the deposit back. People look forward to getting that money back, especially when moving out. Every dollar counts. read more

The Reveal has definitely seen better days. I lived here a little over a year ago and I couldn't wait to leave. There is absolutely no insolation between apartments. Be prepared to hear every intimate interaction your neighbors are having as well as their tv and radio. The front staff don't do anything to help noise complaints either. At such an expensive price, it's disappointing to hear your neighbors like you do. They also started doing subsidized living and shortly after they were having problems with car break ins. It made me feel very nervous walking the dog at night when they were having cars broken into so often. I quickly got out of the lease! I would definitely look somewhere else. Update on my previous review: On Saturday 5/30/2020 i left for a couple hours to run errands. When I returned to my apartment around 1:30pm my garage had been opened and cleared out of all my personal belongings. I had not turned in my garage remote to the front office yet or canceled my garage at this point in time. I went straight to the front office where I was told they have no idea who would have done that as they wiped the other remote from being programmed to my garage. Although they credited me back for the month of May and I was able to turn in my remote and remove the garage off my lease at that point in time, I was given no answers as to who took my personal belongings out of my garage or who had a remote with access to it. These apartments have violated the terms of my lease for a second time pertaining to my rental of their garage and now my things are 'missing'. read more

This apartment complex have really went down hill the staff is absolutely terrible !!! You call no one ever answers the phone and this is multiple days !! You go to the office no one is ever there !! I have asked management to have someone from corporate contact me sense there is no number to get directly to corporate. I called the customer service number put in multiple request as well to have corporate reach out to me still have not heard from corporate ( please don't stay it's because of COVID that excuses is dead ) extra fees for the property that I have never paid sense I have been here now appears in my portal online . We are charged $30 for valet trash and $6 for the trash compactor but we have to deal with walking out our apartments seeing spelt food from trash bags in front of our door and also have to see 100's of trash bags pilled up for DAYS !! Infront of the trash compactor!! Its terrible and looks disgusting!!! And it is like this constantly for the amount of money we pay theres no way we should see this when we walk out our apartment the computer room have been down for more than 6 months every time you ask when will it be fixed no one ever knows the answer now all of suddenly the computer room is being taken down . Actions show that the staff and corporate really don't care about this property at all !!! 'DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER' Going onto a full year of living here and having lived in multiple apartments prior to here has really allowed me to put things into perspective. On the surface, Reveal is for the most part very pleasing to the eyes. The apartments are certainly the best looking i've ever been in, above average in this category for sure. Great counter space, storage space and good sized bathrooms as well (his/her sinks, bathtubs very suitable for taking a bath in). Amenities are nice as well when you consider the two gas grills (of which only one has worked a majority of the time) beautiful pool area (although a bit small for this sized community) good gym (comes with free-weights which isn't typical). Unfortunately the benefits come to a short stop there, and when considering the top-dollar price you pay its very disappointing. Parking remains to be a nuisance, despite their lackluster attempt at correcting the issue, no thanks to the poor layout when the neighborhood was originally constructed. I suggest you leave work early if you'd like to have a spot close to where you live, or else you may have to bring your joggers for a run from your vehicle to your home. If you find the rent to be a bit intimidating don't expect the price to stop there as your electric bill will increase astronomically once the winter season hits thanks to the third-world grade insulation they've so kindly installed in their cardboard thin walls. Expect to hear plenty of noise interference from those next to you and above you. The sound of your neighbors television at night can be disturbing, but I find that hearing the urination of those above you in the morning is particularly bothersome. Additionally, don't be surprised if you hear the neighborhood's alarm go off late at night about once every other month. But don't fret, what you would think is a forewarning that North Korea is finally going to strike us is merely a false alarm and after waiting 30-minutes for the fire department to remedy the issue you will soon be able to rest your head peacefully on your pillow. If you were to ask me, Reveal is ideal for the tenant who is rarely home and so would avoid such frequent inconveniences. Truly, most of the glaring issues that persist here can only be fixed if they rose the apartments to the ground and reconstructed a new one in its place. As fervently as i would urge the owners to do so, i doubt its the most feasible route for them to take. Maybe these apartments will be worth their salt once the shopping center is completed just down the road. Sadly its safe to assume that rent would only increase further once that has taken place. Thereby leaving Reveal on Cumberland in a perpetual state of mediocrity. Thank You read more

I have lived here for almost 3 years, the first year was nice but not long after that a pigeon infestation began in the attic directly above me. I called multiple times, talked to many management representatives that said the birds were on the roof not in the attic even though I could hear them on the AC vents and the wood rafters. The birds take over my balcony leaving droppings all over including the furniture. Pigeon droppings can cause a serious and fatal lung infection, histoplasmosis. Therefore, my next step was to call the department of health. They came out to inspect, only to have the maintenance manager show up and actually admit to them that there was a bird infestation. Mind you, this was the first time management admitted to that, ironic.....Therefore no inspection was made. They were given 2 weeks to repair the point of entry and clear out the birds and the droppings. Was this done, no. They pretended to fix the problem however somehow the birds are still entering the attic and being extremely loud and disgusting. Many times management has told me that they had "professionals" inspect, however there was zero documentation ever shown to me to prove they were being truthful. Brandon the "maintenance manager" stated via voicemail that they replaced the vents where they were entering, however they can't get to the birds and they have called professional companies but just haven't had any "luck." If that isn't the furthest from the truth I have no clue what is. If there are still birds in the attic and droppings all over my balcony come May 1, 2019, I will not be paying the last month of rent. This has gone on entirely way too long, and I have been more than lenient about the issue. A suit is underway. read more

This place is great!! The staff is super sweet and maintenance is A+. I've never waited more than a couple days for an issue to be fixed. Not having a pool for awhile was annoying but the staff was great about communicating the process. It was obvious they genuinely care. The staff is very welcoming and has always been extremely friendly to me. I honestly can't say a single instance where I was less than very satisfied with their customer service. There are so many apartment complexes in Fishers that have the same amenities and features and whose leasing agents are more accommodating and nicer than this place. I want to start by saying my review is more of a reflection of which companies The Reveal chooses to represent them, than the Apartment Complex its self. The complex seems nice as I have lived here about a week, I can hear people walking above me and pretty much everything they do up there. Aside from that the complex has been great, the short comings for me are that they decided to do business with AT&T as their sole internet provider. Meaning you cannot get internet from anyone else. I believe this maybe their biggest/worst mistake they could have possibly done. AT&T is a terrible service provider and I have had the absolute worst experience with them possible to the extent I would almost rather pay all the fees (which will be thousands of dollars) associated with breaking my lease and go to a new complex, than to continue to deal with them. As it stands now, I have not had internet for the time in have lived here. Every other supplier I have ever dealt with you can self install the day of the move in or have it waiting for you when you move in. Not with AT&T they take 3 ish business days to get you your installation box. Then your not going to have the special box they have to install in your apartment so you wont get internet until they come to install the special ONT box. I have been lied to, multiple times by different pple have been without for a week and will be 3 more weeks before they think they might be able to get here. I'm furious read more

You pay $25 a month for them to pick up your trash - however the hallways smell and look HORRIBLE. They never clean the hallways/walls. You would think with each resident paying $25 they would keep the hallways/walls stain and disgusting trash smell free. During the summer months, even if residents don't have trash outside - the hallways smell so bad because well again ... THEY DO NOT CLEAN THEM! Parking is a NIGHTMARE!!!! They do not have enough parking for all of the residents. If you don't come home by 5:30, you will be parking at least 2-3 building over. Not to mention, not a lot of lighting in the parking lot - not only are you walking way too far to/from your car but you have to worry if you are safe. They do not invest any money in the upkeep of this place. It is sad, because it's in a prime location. I would NOT recommend anyone to move in until they get it together. Paying over a $1000 to live in a place like this is not worth it (even if they do have nice kitchen/floors). RUN!!!! read more
