Tom was flexible and worked hard to accommodate our ever-changing plans. We were in Texas the majority of the time, but he always kept us updated and on track. When we came to Indy, we had only 5 days from the time we found the home we wanted to put an offer in for to the time we were flying back to Texas, and Tom was able to start the negotiating process as well as set up a home inspection before we left. He and his team worked around our tight schedule, always making sure someone was available to show us properties or be there with us for the home inspection. He was constantly in contact with our lenders and with us, making sure that our loan was going through smoothly. When we found out Wells Fargo couldn't do the loan 1 week before we were scheduled to close, (loooooonnnng story, nothing to do with Tom of Indy Plus Realty Group or even WF, really just the huge careless mistake of one particular loan officer), Tom tried his hardest to accommodate us as we had already scheduled movers, trucks, etc. in order to drive up from Texas and move in on the original date. He went so far as to try to bargain with the sellers for us to move in prior to the closing date and even offered to pay for storage for our stuff if it didn't work out. He was always easy to reach, prompt at returning phone calls, emails or texts. He fought for us even at closing, making sure every one of our concerns was addressed by the sellers. Tom is incredibly knowledgeable about the Indy area, particularly with the downtown area. He has lots of experience with working with IU physicians and employees. Indy Plus Realty Group has a great program for first time physician home owners where they give you back a percentage of their realtor fees. He has great working relationships with lenders, home inspectors, etc. and the people he recommended were all really wonderful as well. Tom and his team are the kind of people that you want to work with; they're professional, honest and diligent. You will not regret working with this group. They are, hands-down, the best.

My fiance met Mr Johns while attending an open house for a property that Mr. Johns is the seller's agent for. Mr Johns took time out of his day to show my fiance other properties in the area, even though my fiance told him that we probably wouldn't be buying in the near future - we just wanted to get aquainted with the areas of town and our options. The thing I like best about Mr. Johns is that I never felt like my 10,000 questions were annoying to him. He took the time to explain everything in each step of the process, and researched whatever questions I had to make sure we got the right answer. Finally, Mr Johns gave his advice and opinions, but ultimately didn't try to pressure us on our decision. He did exactly what was asked of him, and now we're about 2 weeks away from closing on a house! I highly recommend Mr. Johns if you're looking to buy or sell a home.

We were unable to attend the inspection due to being out of state, and no one attend for us or offered. The seller was present however. They recommended The Home Team, who performed the most expensive, least thorough inspection we've ever had. When we tried to back out of the sale, my agent talked down to me as if I'd just never bought a house before and didn't understand the process. She very much pushed us to continue the sale. The final walkthrough was done by our agent, and we took possession 5 days after close. I asked what would happen if issues were discovered upon possession and was assured they would be made right. We have moved into the house and found among other things, a dishwasher that didnt function, loose plumbing, and a massive crack in the foundation. Both realtor and her manager have told us were are basically SOL because we already closed. Moving from out of state, you're forced to put trust in someone else. I did, and I was burned hard. If you want someone with your interests in mind, or someone to have your back, DO NOT USE.

Please do not use Kingdom Roofing. I had been having issues with my roof, especially around the…read moredormers. I had Kingdom out for inspection and estimate. The salesperson delivered a good pitch to get my money. I specifically told him we have issues with the dormers and he said they would be take care of. Eight months after the roof was put on I noticed some water stains on ceiling. I emailed the salesperson Ryan that day and called the next day. The communication was decent in the beginning but declined from there. A crew was sent to my house on Friday March 28th. I was home all day and they never approached me or let me know they were there so I could ask questions. It then took till April 7 to to get a response from the production manager about what was going on. I was told that there was some missing house wrap around the dormer and that is where water was getting in. Overall not happy with Kingdom at all. The communication is very poor. They did not preform a good inspection with the information I gave them about the dormer being a problem. They just wanted to get paid for a new roof. I definitely do not recommend Kingdom Roofing.

We requested Kingdom Roofing come out and quote us the work, repair or replacement. 1. They sent over Blade who inspected the roof as per our request and provided a quote 2. The report that was compiled whilst onsite was very complete and used a drone to get multiple photos to communicate and show the roofs condition 3. The options for materials, manpower and other items to complete the job were clearly provided in the quote / report. 4. The options for finance if we chose not to pay cash were clearly provided 5. Once we verified and confirmed to have the roof replaced and how to pay, we had about 1 month wait (mostly for county permits) 6. The materials were dropped off at our location and about 2 weeks later the new roof was put on. 7. The work crew were very fast, polite and professional. 8. Each time my wife or I contacted Kingdom about a request, we had a response within an acceptable timeframe (about a day or so for email and much quicker by phone). 9. At the completion of the job, we are extremely happy with the process, it did take some time to have the work start from approval being given though. Finally, as a person who works in Project Management, I understand the different steps and government layers that need to be completed before starting the job onsite. All up, I am extremely happy with the whole process that Kingdom has presented us and with the end result.
