She took her time and listened to my concerns about my hair and did her best to make me feel comfortable. I went in with what I thought to be pretty damaged hair and I hated the color. I am naturally salt and pepper but the last salon messed up the color so Kaylee did her best to color match to my salt and pepper color. She told me it would take a few times to get to the desired color. I was fine with that. My hair looked beautiful when she finished. Not quite the salt and pepper I want, but I knew going in she wouldn't be able to fix it right away, but I was very thrilled with what she accomplished. She also washed and styled my hair.
