I first met her while caring for a mutual senior client and later had the opportunity to work alongside her during wellness event for residents at Briarwood. What stood out to me immediately was her calm, caring and attentive presence. She listens carefully, responds thoughtfully, and genuinely cares about the residents and their experience. During our event, I watched her patiently speaking with each resident, making sure everyone is comfortable, welcome and supported. Professionally, communication with Danica has always been prompt, clear and detail oriented. She has a natural ability to lead with both professionalism and compassion. It has been a pleasure working with her and I deeply appreciate the care and dedication she brings to the people around her.

Everyone on the staff seems to know each resident, and have personal connections with the people who live there. Residents range in age from their 70s to over 100. There are movie screening rooms, music performances, community meetings, a pool table, a regular bus for shopping and errands, etc. You can do as much or as little as you want to. My mom was in a group that took a watercolor class away from the building, and they got the community bus to take them to and from class. It is convenient to I-90, on the Sammamish plateau. Note that this is NOT an assisted living facility. This is for people who are self sufficient but don't usually want to bother with cooking. One meal a day is provided, in a very pleasant dining room, and very light apartment cleaning once a week. That means a good meal with friends every day, and the vacumning and dusting are done (bed made too if you want). Beyond that, you do whatever you like to do. When my dad was diagnosed with cancer & was in and out of the hospital, everyone there was very supportive of both of them, and of me. When he died my mom and I were able to provide hospice in the apartment, and a neighbor would check in on her way to lunch to see if my mom wanted her lunch brought to her. But the staff cannot and will not try to provide any medical assistance. There are fancier places being built in the area, but what makes a community work is the people, not the counter tops and carpeting. Living at Bellewood is putting spring in my mom's step and adding years to her life. If you or someone you love is in mid to late retirement and wants to take it easy and just do the fun stuff, check it out. Bellewood - Retirement Living 3710 Providence Point Drive S.E. However, they didn't have me on their schedule at all when I was suppose to start my first week post op. I found Quest Physical Therapy accidentally and only a few miles from my home, and this place has an entire team of collaborative professional staff , all well trained in their jobs! Everyone is so caring and attentive. You feel better just being there! I worked primarily with Jamie Bollinger who is truly an expert in her field . She was very good at motivating and empowering me, helping me to understand the new mechanics of my knee. She helped me push myself to do the hard work needed for my recovery. She also is certified in Dry needling which was new to me, and definitely helpful! I had a few times to work with Nathan, and both techs Ben, and Julie were all professional and caring. Anthony and Stefanie were both very helpful setting up my sessions and insurance, and billing. I truly would recommend Quest to those needing professional physical therapy. Millie Cunningham

From the very first appointment, his punctuality stood out--appointments always start on time, which immediately shows respect for your schedule and your care. Dr. Tony is not only incredibly kind, but also genuinely empathetic. He truly listens, takes the time to understand how you're feeling, and makes you feel seen and heard as a person--not just a patient. There's a real, unmistakable sense that he cares deeply about your recovery and well-being, and that level of compassion is rare. His expertise across multiple modalities is impressive. Whether it's targeted manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, or other advanced techniques, Dr. Tony clearly knows how to tailor treatment to what you need to get back on your feet safely and efficiently. He explains the "why" behind everything, which builds confidence and trust throughout the recovery process. If you're looking for a physical therapist who combines technical excellence with genuine human care, Quest Physical Therapy--and Dr. Tony in particular--is simply exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking top-tier physical therapy in Issaquah.

My son was in excruciating pain and I was trying to tend to him and get all info relayed they needed but it seemed like there was a lack of urgency. Maybe its the plexi glass but seemed like they could have spoken louder at checkin which would have helped move it along and get us all to treatment quicker. Dr Moen js 10 stars. Literally the best doctor I've encountered ever. My son broke his wrist and she was able to operate on him in Seattle then cast him in Issaquah a couple days later. She was too Notch and patient and covered most our questions before we even would ask them. She was also quick and efficient and has put my son on a fast track to recovery. There was confusion only from mychart where we didnt realize we needed to go to imaging first. But she alone is the reason I would give Swedish Issaquah a 10. They are amazing at implementing this mission. Our father (a 94 year old retired UW professor) suffered from progressive dementia, and wanted to live out his life in 'his old home'. Our family of three sibling's along with two private caregivers had managed to keep Dad safe and fulfilled for several years. By the third year, the load was growing beyond our ability and energies. We wanted to maintain the quality of care for our father and avoid burn out for us. Husky Senior Care engaged with us quickly and smoothly. Their Care Manager model is brilliant. It is wonderful to have a personal relationship with a supportive person who coordinates all of the services. Sarah was caring, knowledgeable, and highly collaborative. She explored our family and care team values so they could design a care plan to meet our needs. She understood that we needed to wrap their services around our existing family care team. We coordinated scheduling and communication, working out systems so that our team and their staff could share task lists, meds management, and activities. Sarah also worked with us to file our Long Term Care Insurance claim and followed through with billing LTC directly. We started out with one agency caregiver who allowed us to fill out 7 days of daytime coverage. Adela was warm, caring, cooperative and hard working. She quickly developed trust with Dad, helping him to stay independent and supported. When she completed the usual chores (bathing, toileting, exercises, cooking, and cleaning) she took the initiative to keep up the garden and bring fresh flowers into the house. Her energy and joy made the house a brighter and better place for Dad and the family. Dad was hospitalized during his last month, and on discharge required 24/7 care at home. Husky transitioned quickly, bringing on more staff. They were careful to bring in as few people as possible, to avoid disrupting Dad with too many new faces. Care Management also transitioned to nursing, for meds delegation and coordination with Hospice. Katrina was there with us as we made the Hospice and 24/7 arrangements, coordinating, educating, and supporting. She trained both the agency staff and our private caregivers on meds delegation, so that Hospice meds could be used as needed. During Dad's final weeks Katrina coordinated directly with the hospice nurse, and helped us to understand the rapidly changing situation so we could make good choices. She could not have been more supportive and compassionate. Husky Senior Care is an outstanding agency. They provide superb support for both the family and senior who wants to age at home. They are reliable and trustworthy. Our family had complete confidence in their care for Dad and the support for us. When we started working with Husky Senior Care there was an immediate reduction of stress on all of us, including Dad. All of their staff; the caregivers, the Case Managers, and schedulers were professional, skilled, experienced, friendly, compassionate, supportive and reliable. They are flexible, providing exactly what you need, when you need it. They are able to coordinate with existing care teams, and with Hospice for end of life. Over the 6 months we worked with Husky Senior Care, our family and private care givers were all impressed by the level of support, compassion and professionalism from everyone who works on their team. One always wonders if you are doing enough for your parent, should you do more, or how else can we make our parent more comfortable at this stage of life. With Husky Senior Care on your team, you feel reassured, even rescued when some of the days just feel too overwhelming. It is an impressive organization, and we recommend it to your family without reservation.

Kris and her great caregivers helped my family get through the last few very difficult years. My husband was diagnosed with brain cancer four years ago and became paralyzed after the surgery and needed 24/7 care. I needed professional care during the day so I could go to work. I tried a couple other home care companies but unfortunately that didn't work out for various reasons. A hospital social worker recommended Husky. Jennifer came over for the first visit. I was very impressed by how caring and professional she was. I signed on. Kris took over as my care manager afterwards. And we settled on a few great caregivers that bonded with my husband. Kris came over to visit regularly. Every time we had a sub for a day, Kris always made the effort to be here to make sure things run smoothly. Without Kris and her excellent caregivers, my family couldn't have pulled through the last few years. My husband put up a brave fight and far exceeded every doctor's expectation. Unfortunately, his condition worsened toward the end of this summer and was admitted to the hospital for inpatient hospice care. I was really touched that Kris went to the hospital to visit my husband. She was there for him and brought him comfort and made him feel loved the last day he was awake. He slipped into a coma and passed away shortly after Kris's visit. I was choking back tears typing this letter. Kris, I will be forever grateful for what you did. You and Husky made all the difference to me and my family during our most difficult years. Thank you!
