My daughter and I looked at this apartment on June of 2025. Ther were some issues with the kitchen, panels for patio, and shrubs in front of my bedroom. I spent at least $2500.00 just to make comfortable for our senior age. The issues that we talked about with the salesman were noted but not not taking care off. I do appreciate the ease to care of the needs of my dog. But I have issues the response is much to slow. read more

My mom has lived here four years and the rent has steadily increased but the services provided have been reduced each year. They always want her to sign an extended lease and this time, it is an 18 month lease! It seems a lot to ask considering these are elderly folks. If they don't agree to a lease the rent is much higher. There are residents who end up paying rent and for stays at other facilities when they suffer strokes or falls. And remember, this is not a medical facility so no one is watching out for your senior family member. They better be self sufficient because no one is checking on them! read more

I have only lived here since Christmas 2023, but I truly have grown to love & appreciate the management, staff and the community as a whole. Apples to apples compared to the last place I lived, this place treats the residents like gold. I give kudos to our Executive Manager, Jennifer for her leadership and to all of the management team because i could "feel" the difference when I entered the building the very first time I walked in. I left a place where there were very few employees who would even look up or offer to help anyone coming in the building, so it was quite exciting to see how good life could be when you surround yourself with the best team possible! I have found an amazing group of caregivers since being here too, (I am happy to share their info). I visited this place as part of Chef on Tours and was really impressed. Unfortunately, I'm a little too junior for residency, but I would move in tomorrow if I could. The units have smart, functional, and efficient floorplans. The campus has every amenity you could ask for in a fresh, and lively designed environment. We have been working with this organization for the past 3 months as we have evaluated all of our options from assisted living locations to a retirement community. This organization and staff is TOP NOTCH in professionalism, respect, kindness and sensitivity to moving from a home you've lived in all your life into something brand new and foreign. The team just does an amazing job of understanding what your needs are wo over selling or pushing you into something that you may not want to do. The property is fantastic, new, fresh and the planned curriculum for the residents looks to be just great. I'd highly recommend anyone looking at retirement communities to visit this team and property. It's truly great. We're looking forward to moving my mother in as soon as it opens in July! This is my third or fourth visit to Revel at Lacey. I started checking out places in the spring of 2019 following a car accident that left me unable to walk and other fun stuff. I have found the staff and residents at Revel to be top knotch. Today was the One Year Anniversary at this Senior Living facility and oh, what a celebration it was. Chef Frank pulled out all the stops with his delightful hors d'orvers and yummy sangria( either rojo or blonde) . There was live entertainment and a bubble machine that in my mind was wasted on the young kids. Us older kids would have enjoyed them much more. As I was comped a guest suite, I brought gifts. Herbs e'special for Chef Frank and a lovely resin firehydrant for Peter, my bestest, newest friend in the whole wide world. We will install the hydrant in the morning at the off leash dog park here in the morning. As for my personal experience here. This is where I want to live as soon as I find out how many commas will be in my settlement from aforementioned mva. That is, unless the Republiklan candidate somehow pulls off another miraculous win in the presidental race, in which case I will move myself as far from the USA, where my family has made their home since the French Indian War, as possible. Space Force is sounding like a plan. However; should all my electoral dreams come true and brown shirts are not the new fashion statement of 2020, Revel will be my home. My furniture is picked out. I can not wait to move in and become a member of this welcoming and quite financially doable senior establishment. Chef Frank and I are already seeking a signature cocktail. Peter Adams, the most wonderful person you would ever want to meet, and I are talking Flash Mobs.
